I had ample help getting Saws other heavy items on a trolley.

Associates at paint were extremely helpful in cross matching paint colors to get exactly what I needed!

It's the only game in town or within 60 miles.

Consistently clean, uncluttered, and well-stocked. Couldn't ask for friendlier staff. Problems have been few and far between, and management has always resolved them to my liking.

In an over all experience, I never have a complaint about Home Depot. The store has helped me with tips and knowledge about what I’m looking for. They have helped with paint and lumber. No complaints here. It’s a great store and I’m glad it’s in Batesville Ar. On line is very new to them but they handle it well. When the system is done it will be a great thing. People are very friendly and easy to get help. Check out could improve. It’s very small and cramped and it’s hard to determine where to go to be checked out but is ok.

While my order was by phone due to Internet issues, Danny supplied amazing customer support for my purchase even though it was not even his department. This type of stellar service is a credit to this store.

If you’re looking for pots, Home Depot isn’t the best option during this time. The terra-cotta pots were all broken from what they did have. The other pots were scarce and not much to choose from.

Store is nice, employees are very nice, courteous & knowledgeable. I believe HD would do well by expanding the current building & inventory to include off brand names both in builder area as well as home & trade areas e.g., start carrying Melamine sheets (4x8), particleboard etc. Carry no name studs (2x4x8) @ ~$1.50 INSTEAD of studs that cost close to $4.00. Start carrying Electrical items that are more reasonably priced along with the current brands. Bring lumber inside!

I have shopped at this store for several years. It is always neat and clean. The staff go above and beyond to make you happy. I buy everything from appliances to lumber and dewalt tools at this store. Great selection and prices . a happy customer in Newport arkansas

Helped me when I needed a part to fix my water even though the store was closed

Don't ask for help at this store with mouldings. I am 69, female and 5ft. I asked associate to help me get a moulding down and cut it. He was too busy leanig on counter, talking to another associate, he told me "Customers do that, there is a table and saw in isle. Use it to measure and cut it." It took me 15 minutes to just get a 16 ft moulding down and finally cut it, pinching a 2 inch blood blister on my arm trying to hold it while cutting it. I was so upset I didn't finish shopping just paid for my moulding and left. Now I know why people shop at local small stores. They at least value their customers and are helpful.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, EMPLOYEES KNOW EVERY DEPARTMENT AND ARE VERY EAGER TO HELP WHEN NEEDED.

Everyone was very helpful. Although the store was busy there were plenty of scooters that were charged which is important to me because of my diability. One suggestion I have is that I feel like there needs to be more room for the scooters because it can be very difficult sometimes to get behind them to unplug the cord and also to get into them.
