Sales Associate, Bob, assisted me with purchasing cable wire. I needed about 20 ft cut. He also assisted me with finding the right ferrule& stop set. The wire I purchased was coated, so I wasn't sure what size would accommodate the wire with coating. I then went over to look at jigsaws and there was Bob again! He answered my questions regarding the various brands and options which allowed me to select and purchase the one that worked best for my needs.

Needed help with selecting a new weed wacker and needed to be understand what was available now for the job I used it for. I received a very informative education on product use and performance.

THE BRIGHTON LOCATION IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT TO SHOP AT. I LIKE THE WAY IT IS LAYED OUT, EASY TO FIND ITEMS, I HAVE SHOPPED THERE SO OFTEN, I CAN DIRECT OTHER SHOPPERS WHERE TO GO TO FIND AN ITEM. EASY SHOPPING!

Use the Home Depot app! Brighton Home Depot is very clean and employees are very helpful.

An employee asked if I needed help and walked me over to the product I was looking for. Also the employees were helpful when I asked about product pricing.

Against my instincts, I purchased a water heater\ that was opened because it was the only one they had The item was dented and missing the deflector.

This is my regular Home Depot store and I go there often. I would recommend the store and they usually have what I need at a reasonable price. Only two issues on this trip. Stock was not sufficient on pipe insulation and it was very difficult for the cashier to identify items that were not unit marked making checkout take much longer than it should. Overall, good store and great employees. I will return to this store.

Paint desk was very helpful and the checkout girl was friendly and helped me with my Self checkout. Store was clean and products were in stock on the shelves.

whenever we have needed help with something associates are always willing to help us and walk us through a project. we are there so much that they recognize us and ask how our project is going

I WENT TO RENT A CARPET CLEANER JUST BEFORE CLOSE AND THE ASSOCIATED WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME "SHE PAYS PEOPLE TO CLEAN HER CARPET."

I give 4 stores only because there is always room for improvement. The employees are always helpful and are not afraid to say, Well I am not sure but hang on just a moment and I will find out. Which I like much better then getting some run around use less answer.

They staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I was provided with the information requested. Very easy to purchase our riding mower and schedule a delivery.

I had above and beyond personal help in designing and completing my project. As a 'regular' person (one not involved in construction), I was unsure of how I would be able to complete my project. But once inside, I received personal assistance that removed any concerns I had. Thank you!

The customer service is outstanding. Always friendly and helpful no matter what the issue is. They are open to all our questions and patiently give us answers and suggestions. They always have the product available we need. It is the best place to go for people who need help with household products, especially people like us who need guidance.

I was able to find exactly what I needed because the products were logically and neatly stored.

Garden center was so busy, but cashiers and other employees were very helpful getting everyone in and out as quickly as they could. Newer cashier was having trouble finding the items we were trying to purchase but another one quickly helped him and we were on our way.

This is the best location I have been to for a Home Depot, or any other home improvement store.

I was very happy with the help that was provided by Jim in the flooring department. He explained the difference in the products and underlayment and the tools that I need. It was a very pleasant, easy process to make my purchase.

The store was out of stock for a project, an associate (Angie) went out of their way to personally pick up materials at another store and bring it to the Brighton store for pickup later in the week. This store has always had superior customer service, but this action exceeds even their usual high standards!

I've shopped many times at this location and only on a couple of visits was I unable to locate or find needed materials. The staff were always able to help me by finding another store that had enough stock to satisfy my need.
