my second home once im in i dont want to go.

Majority of store staff is rude, snarky and anti-customer oriented.

A clean store with friendly and ready-to-assist employees. Almost everything to buy was available and easily located.

I went to home depot for buy a deep freezer I was greeted by a very nice lady she was friendly I wish I got here name I was there around 12:30 but when I got there the item I wanted could not be found and my next choice was on top stock in which I was annoyed nothing was down so I can get it and go But truth be told the workers were FANTASTIC they helped me and was very friendly who ever is in charge of training they did a a great job But who ever is responsible for keeping the floor stock needs help Maybe you should have a nightshift just to restock

I called and placed an order. Spoke to Elizabeth from the pro desk, she was polite and had patience with me unlike others that try to rush off the phone, she sounded professional.

The employees are very polite and nice also very patient they helped me find everything I was looking for

the store was clean ,and the product was very easy to find ,and the cashier was friendly

Please go here, they have all the supplies you need and if they don't then they will go out there way to get that product that you are looking for

THE STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL AND VERY NASTY WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP IN THE BLIND SECTION OF THIS STORE. IF THEY WERE HAVING A BAD DAY IT IS CONTAGIOUS THROUGHOUT THE STORE.

I know worki g in the Bronx can be tough but that's everywhere you go, but what makes a store is the people we hire and how we train our people to satisfied our customers. But I'm very pleased to say Paola delivered great service even when two of her colleagues was t that great.
