I always find experienced sales associates who go out of their way to assist me.

The Associate could tell just by the expressions on our faces that we needed help and jumped right in to assist. The Cashier was very friendly and helpful with the extended warranty information we requested. It is hard to find good customer service anymore.... Good Job Home Depot.

The associates that worked in the Lawn and Garden area on 4/11 and 4/12 were very cordial and efficient. They have the customer service level that you want. I was very impressed with every associate I came in contact with on these two days.

I could not have been happier with my visit to Home Depot! I was simply coming in to have a key made. In the time it took me to walk in the door and walk to the key machine, I was greeted by three different associates. Once at the machine, a cashier immediately asked if I needed assistance and called another associate to make the key. That associate arrived quickly, made the key, and I was out the door in five minutes. I left the store hearing yet another associate tell me to have a nice day! Maybe my experience was an anomaly, or maybe the manager and staff of this store truly get the value of customer service! All I know is, whenever I have a need to shop at a big box store in the future, it will be this Home Depot. It felt like I was in a small town corner hardware store.

I'm in the store so frequently that I know many of the associates by name. I keep going back for a reason and that is the quality products and knowledge of the associates. During a recent visit I received advice on caring for a house plant from Dave. Everything needed is in one store...the Carmel Home Depot.

Absolutely no problem finding what I was interested in. Associate, Victor Geller, saw me come into the department and as soon as he finished helping another shopper he come over to help me. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and personable. And he had a great sense of humor. He made this shopping visit one of the best I have ever had. He knew that I did not know for sure the color of the microwave oven, so e selected what I wanted and said if my wife did not approve to call him. she did not and I did call. He took care of the color change and explained why the delivery date had to be pushed back.. Super service. I will recommend him to friends.

We have gone back and forth trying to figure out what we wanted for our floors and the staff at home depot was not just knowledgeable, but helped us make up our minds. Kyle spent hours with us and offered his best advice. We appreciate his patience!

Love it when you walk in the door and there is a friendly face willing to direct you to the correct department and when you need additional help, there is always an associate close by.

I've been a do-it-yourselfer for years, shopping anywhere from the large, warehouse type stores to small, local hardware stores. Home Depot offers the service I expect from a small hardware store, but with much better prices and selection. If I could only go to one place for my project materials, it would be Home Depot.

Be careful at this store. The self checkout does not "beep" every scan and you might scan an item twice. NEVER tap the "Call Cashier" button because the most annoying alarm bell sounds and you will get dirty looks from customer and cashier alike!

Paint department is very helpful with projects and friendly.

We had trouble matching up the codes and finding the right item.

I desperately needed to stop two crates and other items that I leave in my car trunk from always sliding around. After going to the car dealership,Auto Zone and Advance Auto the only idea was to have wood cut in placed just right in the trunk. VA Atkins went beyond the call of duty by perfectly measuring my trunk and perfectly cutting the wood and placing it in my trunk perfectly. Now my items stay in place and my trunk stays neat leaving me space when needed without the hazzle of having to move items all the time. Two thumbs up for Mr. V.A. Atkins for working so hard. This is what good service is all about and what keeps customers coming back to the same place.

The assistant manager heard my complaint about my flooring purchase and installation and was willing to take steps to rectify my difficulty. This included following up with me and providing me a refund that I appreciated to ease my frustration with my floor purchasing/installing experience
