Treated Like Family

Great Frontline Employees!
The amount patience, community teamwork and help that was provided to me was valuable. Gloria, Maria & Ed provided all of this and more: even after their shift ended, Gloria remained at the cashier helping me with my order, Maria stood on the phone after her shift to assist with questions and answers, Ed was so kind to also stay after his shift to assist in making sure the order does go through and is ready for pickup the next morning. They all were fantastic, I truly appreciate their service!

They have exactly what I need
I am remodeling my daughters room and i went and bought all the stuff we needed and they work perfectly. Also i’m installing carpet on their room and the team in home depot is gonna come and put it up! So kind and amazing job!

Front end is a free for all
After standing in line for too long, a rude cashier decided to make me and people standing behind me go stand at the line that had been forming from the other direction behind people who came after we did. No apology, no help. There were five cashiers standing around at the time, one on a register and nobody guiding the line where they want it to be. Store manager Yanni Rivera had me go get my cart from the other side of the store and bring it to returns where they would check me out. WAY too much time, too much frustration.
