My experience with this store was outstanding! Customer service is not what it use to be and to walk in this store and come in contact with people that are ready to help in any way was refreshing. John Clark helped address my needs that day, took his time to explain everything to me, and made sure that I understood and was satisfied before I left the store. Great Job!!

Ms.Georgia at the Custoner Service desk is an excellent employee. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about anything you may need assistance with. Stop in and say hi to her!

Barbara the cashier is great look for her in check out she will make sure your visit and experience is great.I will shop there again and again they had everything I needed.

I just wanted to drop a note saying how well I was treated today at the HomeDepot. 6315 Eastern. I came in to have hose repaired and I was so impressed with your employees. One gentleman showed me the common courtsey of retriving a motorized cart and also instead making me wait for the person or persons for lawn and garden, just to me to the area and helped me locate and pick up the repair kit i needed to repair the said hose. I was very impressed the most was I came in for a simple repair and I was treated as if I were a rock star. This type of service is becoming extinct. You see more and more young people at retail establishments that simply don’t care one way or another – what you think of their service. The gentleman in question was a white male with gray hair on this particular Saturday afternoon say about 2:20-3:37pm . The staff and service is simply amazing!”

I have been going to this Home Depot for years. They always are there to help you.

We've been to a lot of the local Home Depots over the years. This one is definitely the best staffed, cleanest and best stocked of any of them.

I visit this store often and the employees have a definite commitment to customer satisfaction. Baltimore is known for its outgoing people who make everyone feel like family. The employees in this store do exactly that.

On two occasions I had to order appliances for my rehab apartments and I met with Sherry Mullin. Sherry was Fantastic she helped me order my various appliances and kept me posted the entire time up until delivery she's a great asset to the store

I had an amazing experience today that far exceeded all expectations when I walked in. I needed help with a project idea and Nick S. thought through the best way to construct the project and actually built it for me in the store!!!! I could never have done what he did. Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. I shop here anyway, but today was extra special. Thanks again Nick S.

I enjoyed my shopping experience with Steve. He help me find the right refrigerator. After buying the refrigerator another associate helped us get an air conditioning unit as well. This store made our visit quick, effiecient and stress free.

This store has been a blessing for residents of this area for years.Through growing pains and ups and downs,it keeps it's head up.Good management usually.Each employee seems to care.

The Dundalk MD store is not only the closest to my home, but also the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I see the same people each time I shop there, and although we're not on first name terms, there is always that smile of recognition and a willingness to help me. One man was recently extremely helpful in my purchase of a new tool chest. Moe asked all the right questions and filled in the blanks, and led me to the perfect chest for my space and needs. This is "My" Home Depot. Where I can always count on products being in the same place, and a helpful staff to keep me from buying the wrong product for the job, saving me money and time.

home depot is the go to store for every type of consumer, male, female, DIY, or contractors. you can't beat the service you get from their knowledgeable employees. if you do have a problem with anything home depot will immediately correct it and make sure you are satisfied. i shop at the store and online and have never had a problem. great shopping experiences.

My husband and I were in the store looking at items for a kitchen remodel, we were greeted by Nikki and was helped immediately, she was very patient and well informed on all products and services provided by Home Depot, she made our selections very easy with all of her knowledge and expertise, she set up a consultation appointment, and helped us immensely through the process of selecting our cabinets and appliances, we loved the Visual images she made so we could get a clear view of the things chosen and how they would look in your kitchen that is a plus, we purchased all of our items because of her being so helpful and patient with us making our selections we will give her a 25 out of five if that's was possible she's awesome !!! I must say that I have not been in another Home Depot where all the employees greeted us, and the stores very neat and clean all the way to the checkout everyone was helpful ! Will be shopping at the Dundalk store versus the store near my home !

The employees are always willing to help you until everything you need is done. Never have to look too far for help because there are ample employees working.
