Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have a spring sale?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for setting up new appliances indoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and doing lawn and garden work outdoors. Remember to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be confident your home is ready for spring temperature swings by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture freezes in the crevices, you might be dealing with damage. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the exterior of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that could let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

What's your selection of moving boxes like?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

When is the next free Kids Workshop?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on 5/2/26. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this sweet keepsake box that fits all sorts of treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, listening abilities, and creativity. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
