What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. This store is always a good experience. I often make purchases to take up the canyon to Valley County and I typically am able to find everything I will need. The store employees are friendly and helpful.

Jerry and I exchanged phone calls, emails and communications. He really went the extra mile to help me get what I needed in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with him again soon! I gad purchased some of the products previously and knew exactly what I wanted and when. I deal with Home Depot stores in several states and each time I've been favorably impressed with the quality of the people I get to work with. This makes it even more likely that I will keep shopping at the Home Depot.

Last minute addition to my order and a family member was on is way to pickup existing order. I called flooring and talked to Joe in flooring to help us with artificial turf to be cut and picked up to be delivered 70 miles away from the store. Joe had it cut and up to front of the store in minutes. Very out going employee , very polite and went out of his way to help. I even wrote down his name so I can have future contact with him when we will be doing more flooring. Thanks Joe at Home Depot Eagle Idaho

our Eagle Home Depot store is simply the best of the best in terms of quality and professional customer service and support. This store is our "go to" source for all of our home and cabin renovation projects. They have everything we need and are always willing to go the extra mile on behalf of their customers. Our furry kid Anni is also always welcomed at this store, which makes our shopping experience even that much more enjoyable. Clean, quality products and highly motivated and friendly staff make this a "repeat experience" and our favorite store to visit on a weekly basis! Highly recommend to others.

shopping for shrubs

We had been to several different places looking for bushes for our garden. Every where we went they were to expensive or nearly dead. The Home Depot in Eagle has a huge selection of what we were searching for and the prices were quite a bit less than other stores. We were assisted by a friendly associate that understood what we needed and led us to a large area of several different shrubs. We were told about each one and it's heartiness to the local climate. We made our selection and headed for the cashier. Thank you Home Depot.
