Stan in the paint area was so very helpful on our multiple trips to Home Depot. We are so thankful for his patience and knowledge on everything paint. Thank you so very much Stan the paint man!!

Home Depot always has friendly staff willing to jump in and help you find what you need or to recommend what item you need. They always seem to know without hesitation what isle to go to, and the staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Great experience friendly and fun Pro event was awesome

We come to this store at least once a week since we built a new home. The service is excellent and if you need help, the associates don't just point, they almost always will walk with you to be sure you find what you need.

Brad reviewed many options with us in selecting the right appliances for the purchase. We will defintely ask for him when we return.

Enjoy the Vet parking was in and out in no time. Had help from associate to find what i needed, friendly associate at check out and back to work.

The store was clean, well lit, and the store associates went above and beyond in assisting us.

SHAWKY took extra time to help me save money on my total purchase by obtaining a Home Depot card. The process was simple and easy. He also gave me a snack when I mentioned I had worked through lunch. Thank you for the friendly service, I will be back.

The paint associate was extremely helpful in guiding me to the products I needed to purchase to work on two DIY house projects. He shook up my paint (which had been purchased from a different store) and encouraged me to bring in a sample so I could correctly match which stain would be best to purchase. Overall, great service which relieved my uncertainties. :)

Products were hard to find. Some were not stocked.

The service desk associates at the Eagle Home Depot are very friendly and know what they are doing. They make me feel very good about shopping there.

The store is in a great location, easy to find products, clean, and dog friendly!

Brad is so patient, knowledgable, and eager to help that our visit was truly an enjoyable experience! He gladly helped us with everything we needed in other departments after we finished our special order for doors. Honestly, we spent more money because of him, but we are happier with the end result because of it. Thank you, Brad!

Lynne was very professional and helpful during my purchase of a refrigerator. She obviously knows her job quite well and is also excellent with customer service. She instilled confidence in my purchase and was proficient in handling the financial arrangements and all the paperwork. You've got a keeper there - take good care of her!

Went to the store in Eagle to purchase a power washer. Website indicated 5 available but when I got to the store I was told there were none. Two of the evening associates not only located a store that had the product, but called their assistant manager to see if she could pickup the item from the other store in the morning. I was then able to come back the next day and pick up the item on my way home from work! I really appreciated that the associates went out of their way to make sure I got the product that I wanted and did not have to travel across town to get it. They could have very easily told me which other store had it and left it at that. It is nice to see such great customer service!

We were extremely grateful for the expert help & guidance given by Stan in the Paint Dept. His recommendations saved us costly time and money, as he showed us what we would need to do the job correctly.....the *first* time! ;) Thanks, Stan!

My 3 year old grandson and I love to look at the entire store items ( mainly tools and grills), thank you for your help and attention to my grandson. I bought all my items for my backyard project this summer and had great people help me.

People don't give enough compliments to those that deserve. They only want to gripe. The Service Desk staff are awesome.

Shop there frequently and enjoy the associates that are there to help.

I purchased kitchen cabinets for a rental property I own and gave the associate an incorrect measurement by mistake. Even after the cabinets were ordered they were willing to work with me to correct the issue even though it was my mistake. We shop there often and have always had wonderful service. I am continually impressed with how helpful and friendly the associates are at this location.

It was a very positive experience with the service desk.

I ordered some product on line, a fellow with Mickey Mouse on his apron was quick to help me. He was very polite and efficient.

Marco & Zach went out of their way to help fix my Ryobi saw and got me back to work quickly.
