Happy with my choice on the Rigid R86011, & accessory kit AC87024SB2. With 485 ft-lbs of fastenings and 620 ft-lbs of breakaway torque. V.S More $ and only 30 ft-lbs of torque difference from other competitor of my choice.

I pick up a lot of tools and product from this location and always have a great experience.

The strength of the store is the excellent staff! Please keep it up. As a homeowner, I need a lot of help figuring out home maintenance tasks. Everyone is always willing to help!

We wasted weeks waiting for an install that was never going to happen. They outsource the installation & you just get jerked around.

Jack and Adrian helped me load materials and I was able to begin my project promptly. They were very efficient and I so appreciated their help.

I ordered online and payed with gift card. I forgot to pick up the order. After calling the store I found out that I needed to go to the store to get the refund and it would be in store credit. I went to the store and the in store credit was give to someone else and they will not do anything about it. I am a single mama with no significant others. My kids don't get drive, my family and friends didn't know about this order. Why would the store even give in store credit to someone that is not on the order and then not make it right.

I am a combat disabled service connected Veteran with a Service Animal. A Home Depot employee loudly shouted at me from behind three times as I entered the Madison, WI East Home Depot for bringing my Service Animal into the store. My Service Animal wears a red vest stating Service Dog. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have used it every day since. I love the versatility!

I bought a Weber Gas Grill and two employees helped me from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the service.

We haven't shopped the store for a while, but the checkout man was extremely helpful. Got us back in the system and made us happy we did some time at Home Depot.

I was greeted warmly and immediately offered a helping hand as I walked into the store. One person made sure the entire time I was there, that I was satisfied and my purchase was completed in a proper professional friendly way.

Since moving to the area I have done all my home and business shopping at this location and I typically bring my dog with me after we stop at the dog park. I have been in dozens of times with her and have never had any issues or have been told otherwise. On this trip I was approached by an employee while shopping and was told that I would have to stop my shopping and was being asked to remove my dog from the store due to a recent policy change. I find this absolutely ridiculous.

I bought a stand up mailbox post yesterday and thought I was going to pay more than I wanted to spend and the customer service representative Mary N asked me if I wanted to apply and possibly get a discount and I did get that discount. Half the price just for taking 3 minutes to sign up during checkout.

East Madison is my favorite Home Depot!!! The Employees have always given me great customer service and are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the products!!!

If you get a chance to use the East Madison store and deal with a frustrating return or just general service, hopefully you get the customer service rep Miranda. She goes above and beyond with a smile.

This is our favorite Home Depot Store. The staff are always helpful, greet us each time, and go above and beyond to get us the products we need.

I had great customer service from everyone at the store while buying a new snowblower and renting a truck to deliver it home with. It was pretty hectic at the store because of an impending snow storm but everything went incredibly fast and smooth. Great service all around!
