This store had everything I needed in stock! I spent some time in the store looking around and I was asked by several associates if I needed assistance. They were always polite and very helpful when I did.

Folks; I find Home Depot East Madison to be very organized and employee helpful. When employees help until it helps, it lowers the shopper frustration, and lets them be calm for a great shopping experience.

We purchased a dishwasher. Quincy was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and felt like an “old” friend. Another sales associate physically directed as to solar light displays.

I use this store as my primary source of building materials and supplies. It is well stocked and the items and quantities shown on their web site are always accurate. I have ordered tools and materials not stocked and have been very satisfied with the accuracy of the product descriptions and the delivery dates.

Always a great shopping experience. The store manager (Johnny) seems to be there 24/7 and seems to recognize shoppers personally. He always tires to make the customer comfortable asking for help and solving problems.

This Home Depot is well stocked. The staff are knowledgeable, easy to access, and friendly! They take whatever time one needs to assist in the selection of products that are the best for your task at hand. Many great experiences at this site from Christmas shopping for decorative Electric stoves to selecting a new kitchen suite of appliances or making the best paint selection for your refreshing your "curb appeal"! Give this site a chance, you won't be sorry!

Went in for paint and came home with flooring, thanks to a great close out special. I had questions about the product and Carrie from flooring was great. She walked me through a few options and I ultimately decided on a product that was much better than what I had been looking to buy and ended up being 25% cheaper. The employees were great from start to finish.

Nothing is organized. Sales associates dont have enough training.

We needed a washer and dryer, thought the only place we wanted to go was the Home Depot. We really didn’t know what we wanted, but we didn’t need to worry, Jeff did an excellent job telling us a little about every one that I had an interest in. He even suggested that we could look around other stores but he knew we would be back. He was 100% correct. Also would like to say that Nancy also jumped in to help when we had questions that I wanted to know more about. All in all, it was a great experience.

Would definitely recommend people to check out for great kitchen design.

Mildred was wonderfully kind! She helped me find a basket (as my arms were overflowing with plants), and remembered me after I returned to check out. Also, I can't deny every time I go to Home Depot, all the plants are so well taken care of (and affordable). I always leave with way more garden items than I anticipate!

I like the friendly associates (people) who work here, the quality of the product you buy and the great selection to meet your budget. I have purchased laminated flooring twice and appreciate the the expert knowlege and friendliness of the flooring associates whom I worked with and assuring me that if anything needed to be returned that I could just bring it back for exchange or refund. I also appreciate the expert installer Home Depot has when I had my floor done . From that experience alone, I will definnetly buy from Home Depot on my next purchase for my home and recommend Home Depot to my friends for their next project.

The West side Home Depot in Madison, Wisconsin was very clean and organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cashier Judy greeted us with a smile when we were checking out and was extremely pleasant. Customer service at it's finest.
