The people at this store are so nice and helpful! I needed help with a project and Ken not only helped me find everything, but he gave me suggestions to make the project even better! Then when I was standing in line to check out, another member of the team suggested I go to the self-check aisle where he instructed the guy overseeing self-check to scan my shelf so I wouldn't have to lift it. Everyone was so nice, happy, and fun. It was like being in a Home Depot commercial.

Top merchandise in your stores I usually shop in the Chaska store but I was close to the Eden Prairie store, they both are fine Stores

Tom and Greg from the Pro Desk helped me out with a purchase that I tried to complete with the Appliance associate who appeared to be not quite truthful with the facts. Thank you Pro Desk {Greg and Tom) for making my day easier.

Always have items in stock and this location seems to be pretty low key! Never lines to check out and am always offered assistance by multiple people when browsing around the store!

Had Home Depot out to measure for carpet. They were on time and very pleasant. Got e-mail back with all details on insulation and carpet required to complete the project. Went into the store to order and ask a few questions re the carpet and what to expect next. Got complete answers and fully understood the cost/time to get work completed. All and all a very enjoyable experience.

I especially like shopping here because I can usually find the product, much cheaper than at the local "neighborhood" hardware stores. The personal service I have found is that if you're just window shopping, they will not bother with you. Here, at least most of the time, the employees seem to be prone to be much friendlier, and at least offer to help. In spite of the service, I can usually find everything I need.

When asked to help, staff in other departments are willing and do all they can to fill in for staff in other departments.

The Returns line had 3 customers ahead of me, but the returns clerk handled all customers with a smile and on a timely basis.

The store was clean and organized, very friendly staff. We went there to buy "stuff" to build a dresser with little to no plan on how to do it. Steve Brown, helped us in not only with the list of things to buy, he worked with us to provide a great starting point. He cut the wood according to the specifications and drew a plan on how to build the dresser. He also was invested enough as he was interested to see the finished product. We definitely plan on showing him the finished project.

Your PRO department Supervisor by the name of "Greg Keim" was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help me out. Greg was extremely professional and he truly went out of his way to help me with my selection. It is such a pleasure to work with such professional and knowledgeable staff at the Eden Prairie Store. Thanks again to Greg for all his advise and help.

I was very pleased with the help I received in the paint department. The employee was very knowledgeable. I was also pleased with the garden area. I found all the flowers and plants that I was looking for.

I encountered two employees who were great in helping me to find the product I was looking for and made sure I had extra bags to keep my car clean from the dampness on the bottom of the potted plant. I had looked at two other different stores for this product, but the Home Depot Eden Prairie was the store that offered the product I was looking for.

We were asked if we needed any thing right as we entered the store and several times during our shopping experience. Much better, I have had terable experiecnce at the store before. Just went there because I had to.

requested customer service with questions on lawnmowers. Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. Employees walked by with heads down. Not very friendly customer service if you ask me.

This store is very well kept and the service I received was surprisingly excellent. I say surprisingly, because that's hard to find these days.

The Eden Prairie Home Depot is the best staffed Home depot location. Their ProDesk is extremely helpful, I sometimes work with them daily. They are efficient, quick and precise. Thanks guys!

I had gone in looking for a grill I saw online. One problem, I didn't write it down. Jay helped me by looking on the floor then using the computer to look for what I wanted. The floor display was gone but he knew of 3 more boxes in the back and went to get one for me. He took time to make sure I knew how to put it together at home since I wanted it right away and then made sure I had everything I needed. There was a special for refill on gas tank I didn;t know about but he got me squared away so I didn't pay for new gas. Shane helped me load several hundred pounds of rock and soil in my vehicle even though the store was the busiest I had seen and lines were never empty. This experience has made me want to shop here again even though I have been a strong competitor shopper before.

The store was well stocked and ready for customers to purchase goods. Easy in and eassy out. Just what I like.

I recently came across a stack of boards at my Home Depot that was marked 70 percent off. Well, I'm always game for a bargain, and I kinda went nuts and loaded up a cart with a wide variety of this "scratch and dent" lumber. Several pieces were crooked and some that had imperfections, but it didn't matter too much for my particular project. I was a bit embarrassed when I finally rolled up to the cashier with what my brother would call my "Sanford and Son" cart of odds and ends. Cashier Tyler took it in stride and made sure everything scanned out and I received the discount on each piece of lumber. While doing this he also found other cashiers for people that were behind me prepared to give me the stink eye so they didn't make me feel bad for buying so much bargain wood. He was quick, pleasant and all smiles. His name tag even said he spoke Chinese, which made me wish I spoke Chinese. I would like to tell him (in Mandarin and English) how much I appreciated his great service. I feel like I saved some cash on my project with this purchase, and it didn't seem like a hassle at all thanks to the kindness of this Home Depot employee.

The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly even though I could tell that she was really cold working in the garden dept.
