I'm a DIY-er but needed some help. Have to downsize and sell, everyone in the neighborhood who has added granite. Price was paramount, adequate selection next so I didn't have to replace tile or re-paint walls. Very happy with the final price. The selections at Home Depots countertop vendor (MSI) provided me with more options to save existing tile and painting than I expected, that's good service. My Kitchen Designer Molly Marrinan was excellent. She used the best cost effective way to write my 8 room order. Showed me where I could save on installation costs by using differently mounted sinks while gaining a classier look. Molly helped to confirm my style selections on sinks and faucets that I was still uneasy with. Her explanation of the rest of the process has been true to form. Already been contacted by the measure and installers "Crew 2", appointment set. Got to go......plumbing to disconnect, and countertops to pull off. Thanks Home Depot, Special thanks to Molly!!!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the availability of Diane, the associate that helped us. She was very knowledgable about the products we were interested in. We were surprised at how quickly we were able to decide and make our purchase. This visit will definitely make us return customers!

Home depot used to have very helpful and knowledgeable people not so much anymore some of them are great but they are few and far between.

Normally, I get nervous walking into these big stores for fear of getting overwhelmed by the choices. So I called ahead to inquire about the items on my list, then when I was sure this was the right place, I entered the store asking if a Sales Associate could walk with me, side by side, until I had every item crossed off of my list. I was so lucky to find Tim and Roman who both were so happy to assist and answered all my questions and offered advice for my project. I handed my list over to Roman who led the way down every aisle, crossing the items off my list himself. I shook hands with him once my cart was full and I was done shopping, feeling so thankful and excited about my project. Thanks Home Depot for engaging with excellent staff that made my shopping experience a winner!

Associate was very friendly and helpful in finding a product located in a different area of the store and another friendly associate in checkout helped us in self checkout. We felt great about our shopping experience because of the happy helpful associates and excellent customer service.

I love this store. Since buying my first home, this place is like my second home. The people who work their are very nice and knowledgeable.

Purchased a home in August and have been to this Home Depot a handful of times for paint, bathroom remodel materials and a garage finishing system. This location always had everything I was looking for and the associates were very helpful in guiding my garage finishing project that required some cement treatment before the self leveler and epoxy finish. Always plenty of available check out lanes and have never had to wait more then 1 minute to check out. Very satisfied, would recommend this location.

My husband and I worked with Molly in kitchen design. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She really made us feel at ease while we designing and then ordering our new kitchen cabinets and counter top. We had such a great experience!

I always have had a good expeirience at the EP store. The products are easy to find with huge aisle labels. If I wasn't sure of cateogory, the associates are helpful and has knowledge on the various products/areas. the products are good quality for the price I pay. Glad to have such a store in Eden prairie.

The guys at the Pro Desk are always there and working hard to help contractors like myself get it in and out with the stuff they need. The store is always clean and organized which also helps get your stuff quickly and without worry.

The store was organized and the associates were friendly. We appreciated their willingness to help us out to the car with our items.

The store associates were very helpful and even assisted me in loading a larger water heater onto a cart and then into my vehicle in the parking lot. Without their help I would not have been able to lift and load the item. Thanks.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Regardless of the products I purchase, the customer service is always friendly and the associates are highly knowledgable in their area of expertise.

I purchased a large number of blinds for my home. The sales person was just OK. Not overly helpful but did know the products. The guy sent out to measure and install was HORRIBLE. Not very accommodating and horrible customer service. If they do not get a new person to do measures and installs, I would not buy from them again.

I always receive great help at the Eden Prairie Store. I never have to go looking for someone to help me. They are problem solvers!!!

Store is clean and lots of employees to help out. Sometimes the customer service desk is very busy though.

This NOT a Home Depot that knows it's stuff. It does not have any sort of helpful employee on its property and needs to be under new management

We were very pleased with the service from the sales associate to the cashier to the person who helped us load our purchase into the car. All were extremely helpful!
