I was very satisfied with Lynnette with her assisting me with my returns. She was friendly and very accurate with my returns. The store was very clean and I found all the things I was looking without a problem.

This store was exceptionally clean and the customer service was fantastic. The moment I entered the store, I was approached by a sales associate asking was there anything they could do to assist me. This type of customer service made me very welcome and comfortable considering this being my first time in this store. I recently purchased a home and had no idea what was needed to complete my visit. Thanks to the excellent customer service I received, I must say, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable visit. I look forward to returning to this particular store to make purchases for my new home when my finances permit. Thank you Home Depot!

Great shopping experience, associates are always friendly

There is never anyone to help when needed. I have waited an hours for help. And most times when help is found, they are clueless on how to help customers.

This is one of Home Depot smaller stores,but has always had the material I needed when I'm looking to do any repairs on my home.

Miriam the casshier was very friendly and helpful. She ask if I wanted to place these items on my Home Depot card and she thank me for shopping at her store. Furthermore, she explain to me the survey and a opportunity to win a $5,000.00 gift card.

I love everything about this home depot from the friendly staff to the level of store maintenace always have what you looking for. Cashier who helped me Zendaya - ZYR3862 was very pleasant and professional.

Good store. Good location near other shopping needs (grocery, banking, restaraunts). You will find it somewhat hard to get to if you don't frequent the area, as it's location is not visable from the main street. Look for the signs directing you toward the entrances, and utilize gps services. Store is pretty clean and well stock. I have visited the store during peak and off hours, and it is never hard to navigate, nor has it ever been crowded.

This time I was a bit longer with a longer shopping list. I was thankful at the accuracy of the product's locations in the Home Depot App and the store. It made it easy to find what I was looking for. The associates were all willing to help and knowledgeable of the areas of the store. It has been my experience that "men" in general don't like to ask for help, but this on particular associate (I didn't get her name but she was Afro-American and working in the Plumbing aisle) must have seen the look in my face and knew I needed help. Once she engaged with me she locate the faucet hose (30") I was looking for. After she helped me some of the other men in the aisle began asking her for help. This visit was surely better than the last time I visited Home Depot in Ellenwood, GA. Looking forward to my next home project.
