Not pushy or over crowded

I bought everything I needed for a move into storage and was especially happy to buy extra reinforced moving boxes in sizes, extra small, small, and medium plus mattress bags, which came in a extra heavy ply of plastic. They also carry Moving dolly platforms and moving blankets.

Had to go to the store to get a quote after measurement for carpet instead of getting an e-mail. Understaffed and delays. Took so long pulling up the quote because the people who were supposed to upload it never did and once it was completed I was told It wa 11 min past the time for me to get the 7 day install...all due to a computer problem. told me they would try to get the install done and that I would receive a call ....nothing. Called 4 times no one returning calls.

Helpful and friendly staff! Over all the store is organized. The bathrooms are kept clean!

The customer service desk is superb, the interaction feels like talking to a nice neighbor. They are generally nice and helpful.

Landscaping area is great. no photo or video

The Encinitas store is crazy busy especially at the Returns Desk. Glad to see they had at least 8 people there to support customers.

We drive extra distance to go to this particular store - the Garden Department is the best we've ever seen and the employees are super friendly and knowledgable

In the return department, the personnel is knowledgeable about all returns. Never have I had an employee question my reason for returning.

always go here for gardening items and household needs. Paint area is the best too.

love shopping at home depot , so many good products here ,you can find anything you want here ,save your time any money ,totally worth ,yeah ~

Staff training only fair.

Frequent this place often. Been a patron for over 20 years. Loved their military discount, location and customer service. Have had assistance from a Joe ??? and Arnold Reyes. They model the quality, friendly, professional customer service one expects for spending thousands of dollars. I am thankful for their service.

HOME DEPOT has the best selection of plants and garden products around! And really great prices.They also have a great selection of garden furniture. Plus, when you open a HomeDepot Credit card you get a big fat discount!!

I always get help by asking any associate in the area. They seem to be very well-acquainted with their store.

This Ryobi Dr./driver & circular saw is a terrific combo. It is an unique combination in the market, and exactly what I needed.

have lived here since 1973 and have always hated shopping in that store in particular because you could never get any help there has been a tremendous improvement

Friendly people at checkout

Jana at the ProDesk was AWESOME! I required assistance in lumber, the desired size was in a shelving rack above my head. She requested assistance in the lumber aisle & even though the store was quite busy & the person that assisted me generally did not work in the area I was helped quickly & with a winning attitude. Encinitas Home Depot knocks it out of the park again!!! I have three other stores that are in closer physical proximity, but I will shop at Encinitas because of the great service!!!

Olivia the cashier during pick up was rude when picking up my item. I ordered two identical items, one made it to the store but I was notified both were ready for pickup. I asked the item be delivered to my residence for the inconvenience and without hesitation she denied that.

I generally find everything that I need in the Encinitas store.
