I've come here many times since we moved to Encinitas and the team is great. The garden team is helpful, and I've dealt with Robert twice now on returns who has been awesome, even when I was stressed or unsure about an item. Great plant selection.

The employees bend over backwards to help me find the items I need. Always cheerful, always helpful.

It was an awesome experience at the home depot encinitas because it was baking hot that day and sometimes home depot stores can be steamy, hot, and smelly....

I needed a product and HD didn’t have exactly what I needed. Martha took time to show me how I could adapt an existing product to what I needed. All the way having the best attitude imaginable. She is amazing.

Home Depot has all your home goods and needs conveniently and available all the time. Thank you.

I just want to thank Home Depot Encinitas Manager Yoli for going out of her way to assist me with a large return. Yoli's professionalism, understanding and courtesy should be the template used to train all young managers who struggle to understanding that every customer's circumstances are different and to always try and find ways to resolve problems not create them. Thanks to Yoli, I will continue to feel welcomed at "My Home Depot" as I have for the past 25 years!

Every time I go into this store for something I am impressed with the availability of helpful, kind, knowledgeable staff. Even the checkout employees are warm and friendly. Home Depot must be doing something right to get such great people.

I purchased a ceiling fan and they took the time to get it down from the top shelf and unboxed them and found what I was looking for.

I first walked in and scanned the free lumber & 70% discounted and really did not see anything that would work. I later while browsing there store ran into Chris and he helped me locate what I had in mind and then Mitch helped me out at the register and made the entire trip totally worth while. Kudos to all!

jonnathon in the garden section was the best help my wife and myself have ever gotten. he was more than knowledgable and went above and beyond, out of his way more than we could have asked for to help us out. highly recommend getting his help with possible, great guy, great employee they have

This Home Depot Location has what you need and the friendliest employees

The Encinitas Home Depot store has the best garden section - more selection of plants (flowers, trees, etc.). Also has selection of garden items such as pots, containers, etc.

Spray can Rustoleum ran out of propellant with almost 1/2 can left. As normal I cleared nozzle for 2 seconds after initial use, waited 1 hour, spray did not work for second coat. Customer service agent basically said it was my for fault clearing nozzle, actually said “ so do you want to return the 1/2 full spray can or not”, was both intimidating and condescending . I left can and PURCHASED a replacement

JJ in the Lumber Department went above & beyond with customer service and provided a lot of help and gave us input on a DYI project that we wanted to build but still was a little unsure of how we were going to build it. He was patient with us when we were being indecisive and constantly going back n’ forth with things. He not only made sure that we would be able to build it and know how to build it, he also made sure it would turn out good and be able to hold up how we need and want it to. This store and location is now our official “go to store” even though it’s not the most convenient for us location wise. The customer service and help that we received and that was shown to us makes the extra miles and extra time spent worth it.

JJ was an incredible help in selecting wood for wall and door coverage. He not only provided valuable ideas and showcased various options, but his assistance felt almost angelic. The experience was truly unparalleled. From guiding me to the self-service cashier, aiding in marking the wood, to personally ensuring its safe transport to my car, JJ's dedication was exceptional. His amazing support left me thoroughly impressed!

There was an employee his last name was BOONE who was really really helpful, he did everything he can to help me. An employee like that is an asset to any organization especially nowadays where most employees don't care about providing good customer service.

I bought 5 large hedges and 4 trees at the garden center. The team was incredibly helpful in loading the plants into the Home Depot rental truck and made sure that everything was secure. Excellent shopping experience!

My experience at Encinitas HD was very frustrating. Until Luke in Hardware saved the day. When I go to a store, it's because I need assistance. Otherwise I'd stick to online shopping. None of the staff knew anything about wire rope/mesh wire. They looked at me like I had 3 heads. Some brought up an app, & I waited while they searched. Then they called Luke. Luke is supremely knowledgeable & helpful, a hard working, multitasking extraordinaire helping customers throughout the store. HD #1 asset!
