We waited 20 minutes in line to check out in the garden area only to be told that the wait would be indefinite due to a customer asking for cash back and them not having cash. The cashier was not only rude about it, but she also refused to apologize for the wait. We went inside and waited another 20 minutes for the self check out to be available. Turns out some of the self check out registers were out of order. Again, no apologies from employees. Finally, the exit doors were broken and we had to take our heavy cart full of gravel the long way around. Worst experience at a home depot store ever.

This is the best of the 2 Home Depots that are in Flagstaff. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Cashier was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish the floor help were more accessible and proactive in servicing customers. Overall good experience.

The garden area shopping experience is fun, and the sales associates are there to help.

During our visit , encountered Terre, actually on of her co-workers sent us to her (her knowledge must be highly respected). Terre spoke with us like we were old friends. She informed of about gowning and planting trees in Flagstaff. The what, where's, and how's! We even invited her to come home and help plant, she thanked us but declined. Anyway, what to thank Terre and Home Depot Eastside Flagstaff for the great experience and knowledge shared. A+!

I had to return 2 defective mowers today, Terre at Special Services "owned" my problem. She walked through the complete transactions with support from manager Paul. thanks for caring !

Product availability and customer service experience was very great and helpful!!

I received a lot of help in deciding laminate and tile designs and ordering flooring. The Associate's were wonderful and made it a good experience instead of frustrating as it could have been without the assistance that they gave to me.

We have 2 Home Depots in our town. We hated going to other store because it seemed employees were hiding out & unavailable to help. But this store is the polar opposite. It's rarely hard to find someone to help. The people who do help are knowledgeable about their departments & if they're not, they find someone who is.

I normally know exactly what I want and don't usually require any assistance. It has been only a few occasions that the customer service was lacking. My biggest complaint about Home Depot for this area; the lack of garden flowers and variety available. Whenever there is a specific type I want it is not available in the store and ALWAYS out of stock on line. So over the years I have gone elsewhere for my spring plantings. Something I have been wanting and waiting for has been sunpatiens. They should have been available by now but they are not in stores and they are and have been out of stock online. That status hasn't changed! ever!

This is the best store to shop if you like good parking for trucks and big vehicles with trailers. At Home Depot there's older employees and college age girls and guys. All H.D. staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Most of the older staff have very good professional trades knowledge. I prefer this store because of access and I can avoid some of the town traffic. I've been shopping both of Flagstaff's H.D. stores since their openings. I have built my 3000 sq.ft. house/2000 sq.ft. garage over the past 11 yrs. with Home Depots help. I also use the great online store very often. Good products at fair prices. A store for the DYIer and pro. Many of my contractors buy some of there materials here. This is my story about my store.

great home depot not too crowded and good service .... i had to do a return and the customer service was excellent and i found some great tiles to diy my bathroom

Home Depot is the best for getting All kinds of construction materials.

The item I had ordered over the phone was ready to be picked up/loaded when I arrived at the store. Checking out with that item was quick and easy. Having purchased additional items I was helped by an associate in the tool dept. He was friendly and extremely helpful. The cashier for this additional purchase was very helpful and assisted me with saving an additional $50 on my purchase. All associates were very friendly and helpful.

Store is ALWAYS organize, associates super helpful. Not only that, but they look and act like they enjoy their time working! Always nice talking to happy employees. And they don't pretend to know if they don't know, which is so nice! Front end staff are particularly helpful when you need a hand!

I was looking for a water heater, I had found it online and made the 75 mile drive to get it. Associates were very helpful and even took the time to point out the differences and help make the best decision for my family and I. Very knowledgeable of the layout of the store, and knew precise locations of various tools I needed. A very good experience overall.
