The store was clean and the associate was very knowledgeable on where to find what we were looking for.

I was very pleased with the help I recieved as soon as I entered the store. As I had just gone through an operation on my back and I got lots of assistance with getting a riding cart to do my shopping.

The associates were helpful. We had a return and Jen was super. Our cashier, Anglea, told us about the mobile ap and showed it to us on her personal phone. For this store, as it laid out very differently, the mobile ap is a must! I will have it on my phone for my next visit!

THE ITEM I WANTED WAS AVAILABLE AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL. WAS A PLEASENT EZPERIENCE.

It was early on a weekday and the lawn section was deserted, expect for the cashier. There were several customers but the cashier was pleasant and directed me to the products I needed. The customer service at this location is outstanding and the staff are friendly and helpful. Being a newly widowed woman there are many things I have needed help with e.g., repairing my toilet handle and arm, products to improve my lawn and selection of other household product so. The staff work well together and are very helpful

sales associate was very helpful in price matching with Best Buy as well as giving me info on energy efficient products and rebates. made the whole experience smooth and easy.

I bought a storm door in March, and the associates were helpful. They installed it for me and left my house as if no one was there. Today, May 8, I was told I was to get a small refund from an overcharge. It was only 14 dollars, but the point is that they could have kept the 14 dollars and never let me know, but they did let me know. How many businesses would do that?

The people at this Home Depot were very helpful with my painting and plumbing projects. My son enjoys his building projects on the first weekend of the month. THANK YOU

Our in-store experience, product availability, customer service and time at Home Depot was fantastic!!!!!! Everything was available and easily found with other ideas created while shopping here. My Wife and I will probably be back soon and often for all our needs. We like what we have seen in the gardening section!

I prefer to drive the extra 40 miles and go to Frederick HD than to any location in the Montgomery County area since MC stores are rude, incompetent and stores are very unclean.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

MY BOYFRIEND AND I JUST PURCHASED A NEW HOME NEAR MOUNT AIRY, WE SPENT OVER $4,500 AT THE FREDERICK HOME DEPOT, THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING! PEOPLE WERE EXTRMELY HELPFUL AND KIND. WE HAD TO ORDER SOME BAKCSPLASH FOR OUR KITCHEN THORUGH THEM AND PICK IT UP AT THE GERMANTOWN LOCATION, WHEN WE ARRIVED TO THE GERMANTOWN HOME DEPOT WE DECIDED TO BUY A LEAF BLOWER WE FORGOT TO PURHCASE AT FREDERICK, ONLINE IT SAID GERMANTOWN HAD 10 IN STOCK, THE CASHIER AND THE GARDENING ASSISTANCE WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, THEY DID NOT TRY TO HELP US FIND THE LEAF BLOWER; SO WE ASKED THE CASHIER TO PLEASE ORDER ONE FOR US AND WE COULD PICK IT UP ANOTHER DAY, SHE SAID NO LET ME SEE IF GAITHERSBURG HAS IT, WE HAD TOLD HER THAT LOCATION WAS NOT CONVENIENT FOR US, SHE DID NOT LISTEN WE WERE THERE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND DECIDED TO NOT EVEN ORDER THE LEAF BLOWER THROUGH HER, WE WENT HOME AND ORDERED IT ONLY. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS BY FAR THE WORSE, IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. WE WOULD ONLY GO TO FREDERICK FROM NOW ON

The personnel at The Frederick Home Depot are always willing to stop what they are doing to give you advice and or assistance locating merchandise. Contractor sales and returns are always cooperative and friendly. I am sort of OLD SCHOOL and have always shopped at Home Depot because they were the original take over HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE, back in the day when there was no customer service from businesses that failed., i.e. Hechingers !!

We asked for help and we were given directions to exactly where we wanted to go. Prices were responsible and the staff was great

I ended up buying a floor model lawnmower than either had not been assembled correctly or had been slightly damaged while on the floor. Nothing major, but I was surprised about how hard it was to find someone to give me some advice or suggestions on how to cure the problem. I ended up going to the tool department and borrowing a rubber mallet and bending the bent parts back into shape. My pounding on one of your lawnmowers didn't seem to attract any interest on the part of the associate in the tool department.

The sales associate was readily availible and exstremely willing to assist me in my purchase.

Store was clean, sales were clearly advertised and looking forward to getting back to do more shopping at Home Depot! Great experience at the Frederick store today!

I got in and out so quickly, that I actually forgot other items I wanted, but i did return later and I should have had a running list.

THIS STORE AND ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND STORE IS VERY CONVENIENT

Your store is alot better than the other store that I have been too, much cleaner and organized. People are more friendly and always willing to help you. Can in to price out cabinets and appliances with Mike and Barbara great associates

Everyone at this store was very helpful but I most enjoyed dealing with the girl at the service desk. Not only was she able to help me place my order, but she did so while also helping others. She was answering the phone, ringing up other customers, and assisting her fellow associates all while working on creating a special order for me. Others would have been overwhelmed but she never stopped smiling. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future purchases.

Shopping for a samsung 4.8 washer..great washer, great experience.
