I have been a Milwaukee tool fan for years and their battery operated tool line saves my business money, period. I have a corded 1/2" Milwaukee drill that is 11 years old and still tearing it up.

I spend a lot of time in this store. Never had a substandard experience.

Do not plan on needing help, even if you have a medical emergency. You need to know where to go and what you need. You will not be acknowledged!

Everyone very helpful but phone service spotty, especially in garden area

I frequent this location every time I venture down a rabbit hole on trying to fix something in my home. Never mind you there are tons of resources online that tell you what parts you need explain how to do something, but in the face of reality, those who know fixing things around the home can inevitably turn into a considerably larger job than originally planned, right I can honestly say in the last 3 to 4 occasions I’ve gone into this location with a list of materials or parts I need and go to the proper correlated department or aisle and I’m still literally always greeted with such kind personal there and this is from start to finish. They ask what project I’m enduring asked for some details that might help either eliminate some of the parts in my card. I don’t need and walk me to retrieve the ones I do need in there have been some occasions where the project requires considerably more creativity and this is coming from an engineer reading how to fix something in a book doesn’t always necessarily mean it’ll pop off that way I always feel so taken care of employees will brainstorm with you on how to fix something. They’re never portraying anything less than I take care of everyone that enters my department and even the rare rare occasions where maybe they don’t know how to complete a repair or something it’s always a collaboration between others in the store to make sure I am well taken care of the most recent occasion, I had to look for some fittings in both exterior water leak and interior water leak at the valve and the kind lovely gentlemen in the faucet aisle must have noticed the loss look on my face and inherent stare at 5000 different fittings and instead of going a more labor-intensive route, he showed me a product told me exactly how to use the product and what to do which shaved off literally hours of me probably fighting with what I can only refer to as Granny pipes, which are the old-school copper pipes that no one wants to deal with doesn’t matter if I come in close to closing or if I come in right when they open, I have always been greeted and offered help irrespective that’s why I continue to come to this location and I love everyone that works here.

Overall satisfied but it is very difficult to find someone on the sales floor to help; I sometimes get frustrated & leave without buying anything.
