Workers are friendly and the store is clean and well-organized.

On July 6, 2016, I decided to get a new door nob for one of my rental apartment that I owned and a few other item for my own house. There only two store name that immediately strike my mind and one of which is The Home Depot. I live quite near to Brentwood, obviously that is where I headed to. It was a cloudy and raining day and we know sometime the weather make our mood to match it. When I arrived at the store, I could easily find most of the things that I wanted, except some screws that I cannot figured out the correct size and length. I looking around and I spotted one of the Home Depot store employee and approached him. When he saw me, he immediately smile and greeted me. He offered to help me even before I ask him for help. He was busy but he stopped at whatever he was doing and attended to me with sincerity. I told him what I needed but not sure of how to find the right screws. He lead me to the screw section and even help me to get exactly what I was looking for. I was so satisfied with his cheerful and helpful attitude and his readiness. When I check out at the cashier, OMG! the cashier, her name is NeNe, she is so friendly and she make me feel important. Her smile, professionalism, product knowledge, and positive attitude make me feel like she is my new found friend. Even though it is dark and raining outside, shopping in Brentwood Home Depot definetly make my day bright and sunny. I left the store with a BIG smile in my heart. I will definitely with 100% recommendation to visit this outlet to all my friends, families, and business associate.

Fast and friendly service clean store wide space great prices great location time saver

Natasha, our cashier, saved us a lot of time, money, and trouble by pointing out that we were mixing white and clear caulk tubes in our purchase. We wanted all clear and this enabled us to make a quick switch and get the correct materials.

Overall store was busy when I went in. Immediately I was asked if I needed help and assisted to the product I was searching for. The layout threw me off a bit, but the service desk associate stepped up and guided my way. Not only that, they allowed me to check out and get me on my way quick. Much appreciated seeing as how busy they were. Great experience

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in 3 different departments where I wanted/needed help. New kid who was training was awesome and the gall who cut wood for me was also great!

I have been to this store 4 times in the last month. Once I had custom paint mixed for which I had old (2003) formula. But Bob in the paint department was able to match it. Another visit, I needed a hose caddy but there weren't any left on the shelf. 3 associates helped me. They located the palette where the caddy was and brought it down and gave me one. And they were happy to help me.

Scott Ewing was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind during our recent trip to Home Depot that I will definitely be returning to this location! We purchased many items (many of which were doors he got down from upper shelves and loaded for us) and kept a running ticket of other items we brought back to his register in order to speed along our purchase. He checked and double checked all our items to make sure sizes and in-swings were correct, all the while being so courteous and patient! He is the picture of what awesome customer service should look like! Thanks Scott!

Have visited this store many times, always impressed with the staff in the various departments we have frequented, specifically; electric, plumbing, kitchen, windows and doors, hardware, home and garden/outdoor entertainment. Unlike the competitor, employees at this store are professionals in their field; asking advice from them is like having an uncle who is an electrician and calling him for advice on your electrical problem.

Everything was well organized and tidy. The prices were reasonable.

I moved to the Brentwood area about 2 years ago. As with any move and new home, we have needed many hardware items, plants, tools, and home goods. This Home Depot has been very helpful to us. We have also used Lowes and other stores in the area, but honestly, this Home Depot is the store I generally find the items and prices I like. The store is clean and neat. When I have needed help, I have beeen able to find a store associate easily and they are knowledgeable. I also have had to return a number of items, that weren't the right thing, or I didnt' use. They have been great about making that easy to do and a pretty quick process. Thanks Brentwood Home Depot!

I ran to Home Depot after work to get some supplies to begin painting my house. An associate in the paint dept named Bob helped me so much. He prepared multiple samples of paint colors in the small behr containers for me and labeled each one clearly then made sure it was correct by checking it with me. Then he helped me gather everything I needed for the project and even helped me with an additional problem I"m having with leaks in the basement. He helped me so much I'm switching stores to this location as I've never witnessed such friendliness from staff overall in a home depot before at any other location. Great experience. Everything was organized in the store too, and I was asked several times if I needed any help from multiple employees.

Walked away from the self service cash register and forgot the $40 I had pulled out to have some cash in my pocket. Called back 10 minutes later and Lisa & DaShawn told me to come back and they would rectify the situation. They went above and beyond today. Customer service is where it's at !!!! 6 stars!!!

The pro staff at the Hanley store have been very patient and extremely helpful while we dealt with a problem we had concerning a very large and unusual special order of Maibec shingles. This is not a product you routinely have and particularly one used rarely in St. Louis, Mo. The staff remained calm, very polite and helpful while we found a solution to the wrong shingle being ordered and delivered. To make things even more difficult the contractor was no longer working with us as we resolved the problem , he had been the one to place the order and had the information which the store researched to find what went wrong where. We now anxiously await the delivery of the reorder and the chance to introduce Maibec shingles to the construction and building community of the St. Louis area.
