This store and home depot generally are the best! The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. For me, half my trip is browsing to see what options I have to solve my issue (which I enjoy in part), but inevitably I will ask one of the several employees for personal opinions on solutions that will nearly always shift my thinking. I've had employees suggest I take photos to show them next time I'm back to help visualize what I need so they can be more help. This is a crazy degree of customer service you don't expect at a home warehouse store.

Of all the stores in the Saint Louis area, I’d say this is one of my favorite stores to shop. The team members are always more than willing to help out. The store is always clean and stocked very well I can hot straight to any product I need and find it.

I have been to your store 3 or 4 times. I don't find it friendly nor helpful. In Dec 2020 or Jan 2021, there was a tall large employee (with MANY Home Depot badges) who was addressing a customer's question. I waited so I could ask my question about a light bulb. He told me this wasn't his department and that I could return it up front. Then he walked away. Was I to follow him? Was he leading me somewhere? I didn't know....so I walked toward the front of your store and saw him at Customer Service. Was I to go there? Just poor communication on his part. I think he may have been more interested in chatting with his co workers. Anyway, I decided to just return the bulb. I did not have my receipt. The woman who waited on me was not friendly nor helpful. I wished she would have told me that I would only get like $2 back for the $5 or $6 bulb because I did not have the receipt. I would have kept it. (It was a front porch green bulb for Christmas; I didn't need two). So, NO I don't like coming here.

The Home Depot staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the product they are selling. I always have a pleasant experience shopping at this store.

My shopping experience was great. There was an Associate there right away to assist me. The Associates were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. We had to order the item I wanted. It. was done without a problem, in a reasonable amount of time, & with a smile(under the mask).The store was clean. I will shop there again.

I was very happy with the customer service, especially as I was about to leave without finding what I came for. Tammy and the sweet gal in a wheelchair made sure I looked in the right aisle and I found just what I needed and more, spending almost $200. In addition, the reason I love to shop at Home Depot if the the owner of the company is a patriot who supports the Constitutional Rights our country was founded on.

Jackie, the ASM, Marcel and other associates at the Return desk are beyond rude & goes overboard in doing so. Be prepared to experience a very unwelcoming visit at this location. Especially, if you have a return.

Good selection of products. Ample inventory.

Had a bad carpet install experience. I would not recommend using the installation services

Even though I have a Home Depot store closer to me I always go to the one on Hanley Road in Brentwood because they are friendly courteous and helpful and go above and beyond when I'm looking or needing something

Horrible customer service. Follow up is zero and caring for customers is obviously not on their list. If I could ZERO stars I would. Luckily at least they were able to cancel and refund my order. Too bad, because I had a ton of more stuff to buy for my new house.

Walter and Corbin are great role models for great customer service.

This store has SO many succulents and cacti of amazing quality and for amazing prices. The names are clearly printed on each container, so there’s no mystery about the species, along with care tips. Highly recommend for succulents!

One of the best Home Depot stores I've been to. I am a General Contractor and frequent home improvement stores, contractor supply stores and specialty retailers and wholesalers and the Hanley Store always stands equal or above any others in all areas of supply and service.

I was helped by Ed and Dan in flooring. They both gave me good design advice and knew what they were doing. They were extremely efficient and professional. I would work with them if your considering flooring!

Mallory (GM), is very pleasant to work with. She has converted me from shopping other competitors stores. She knows her job and understands the customers needs.

The cashier Nicole was very nice and pleasant!

Please look for My white ford Ranger in the parking lot of Lowe’s. Paying for your items and exiting the store is a chore inside of a chore. The “help” are lazy and pass you around like a recipe.

The kitchen department was great! I'm getting a great new kitchen for a very reasonable price. Also, I have been going to this particular Home Depot for years, and everyone is really helpful and knowledgeable in their help. My go-to store for basic hardware needs.

Pleasant experience

I was ordering composite materials by TREX for a new deck. The stores “PRO” department was extremely helpful. I would not go anywhere else!

They are doing an AMAZING job - despite the extra challenges during the current social distancing time, they are fully operational, well stocked, and welcoming!

I went in to get supplies to paint my living room. First time out during the COVID-19 time. The trip was great. The folks in the paint department were great and Christie at the register is a real gem - hope you get the pleasure to meet her :)

Great service even with 6' distancing; got two pallets of Vigors premium brown mulch and one pallet of River Pebbles, all good quality.

Employees generally did not wear masks and, except for the entry way, there was no hand sanitizer for employees who were handling my stuff. 4/6/2020. Forgot to add this to general comments on check out.

Jim in hardware saved our butts. Made a thoughtful and knowledgeable tool recommendation that saved the day. Couldnt have finished a very important, time sensitive project without him. Thanks Jim!!

I typically hate going to big stores like Home Depot, but this store has Ms. Saundra, who is kind and friendly and knowledgeable. She can help you find anything in that store and she didn’t even have a computer. I mean, wow.
