I went to Home Depot to return a toilet. I told the customer service cashier William that I bought a replacement but there’s nothing wrong with the toilet that style just doesn’t support a bidet. He said rudely “look ma’am I’m not trying to be funny but all I asked you was is something wrong with the toilet. I didn’t ask you for all that.” And he proceeded to rudely chastise me for not properly answering his question. I finally said you’re doing an awful lot of talking, you know that nothing is wrong with the toilet can you please just proceed with the return. Just insane….

I walked into Home Depot and was immediately able to resolve my issue within 5 minutes. Roy in Electrical was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the differences between the light bulbs brightness, and made sure I had the correct wattage something I didn't check on with my previous light bulb.

Have been trying to have a door measured at my house for 2 weeks. Installer measured the wrong house after rescheduling twice. Called to get an update and was told someone would be within two days. No response after 4 days.

As I was leaving the store, I was stopped and ask for my receipt. I handed it to her and within two seconds the associate handed it back. My response to her was “you didn’t even check anything”. Her was response was “well, we ask everyone”. I walked out and loaded my car with over 600.00 worth of product and decided to make a complaint in hopes that this could simply be a training experience for her. I thought it was weird that there was no door greeter at this part of the store then one decided to magically appear and ask the black woman “with a huge cart of stuff” for a receipt and not say anything to anyone else. John (manager) came and heard my complaint then said “I hear your concern, but have rights to ask for a receipt, ”. I have been in retail for years and if a customers concern is that they felt profiled, better reassurance is needed. I let him know that I have shopped here for years and have never been asked for a receipt and told him that there was no one asking for a receipt at the other exit either, and he literally had no response. I think that saddest part was him not even apologizing for the dryness of his staff, AND HE SEEMED TO BE WORSE THAN HER!!! If the associate would have told me That I needed to be checked because I was exiting out of the wrong door, the review and return of all of my item would have never happened but for John to flat out cover her with a policy that is hardly ever enforced is COMPLETE crap. Take some advice from sam’s, they are CONSISTENT about checking receipts regardless of quantity or quality, and this would have never happened. I should have been apologized to for the misunderstanding and assisted with loading my car if this wasn’t an act foolery and discrimination… very poor efforts from staff and management

Horrible experience checking out when I was at the garden center, I have used those kiosks as self checkout dozens of times, but this time Karen (her real name) decided it was not self checkout and when I started scanning my items, she scolded me and demanded to take over. So continued to question me about why I was using it when it was not self checkout. She then huffed and puffed when I wanted to use debit instead of credit. I asked for a bag and she just tossed it into my cart. Then handed me my receipt. She only acted like she was going to bag when I stood there doing it myself. The best part is when I was walking out, other customers walked up to the kiosks and used it as self checkout and she just stood there and watched. Didnt run up to them, didnt tell them it was not self checkout. I watched from my car as multiple people did the same, Karen not checking out any of them. So why me? Why was I not allowed to scan my items when she was busy helping another customer?

Cashiers/employees are rude and they don't follow health codes or social distancing guidelines. Just gross and unprofessional. The service desk acts like you're asking for their left arm instead of your online order. Management couldn't care less when employees are outright rude. Pick a different location, this one's ragged.

Recommend store? YES! Friendly, helpful associates? YES! However - AS LONG AS HD OWNERS CONTINUE TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORTS EX PRES WHO HAS SOILED THE SOUL AND CULTURE OF AMERICA HD will be my last resort if that when shopping. NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE ALL MAY DISAGREE, THE VILE ATTACKS AND INCITING ANGER ARE DISGUSTING. HD endorses that and funds it; shop elsewhere.

There are 3 stores in driving distance of our home, but the experience at this one draws me back.

I went to buy a refrigerator and the young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable friendly patient and explained everything I asked her in detail she knew the products! Great experience!

If you want to fight off unmasked panhandlers, deal with rude employees, and do your own checking, this is the store for you.

I bought a carpet there and was told installation wasn’t backed up and they could have it installed very quickly after its arrival in store (7 days). It ended up being 30 days out. I called to inquiry about the discrepancy and was told they’d look into it and call me back. That was a week ago. No one ever called back.

The store was clean and the employees are attentive and very helpful.

Walter the sales associate in outdoor lawn and garden was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Lauren the casher in the lawn and garden area was very sweet, nice and knowledgeable. And Earl in the lawn and garden area was fantastic as well as he and Walter loaded my SUV for me with the bags of top soil and garden soil that I bought. They were great and professional.

Rude employee during my most recent visit. I purchased an item that had a security device on it, and she rudely told me that she was going to wait and make sure my credit card went through before she removed it.
