The older gentleman at the paint counter is extremely slow and rude and probably too old to work there. Home Depot needs to provide better service.

Went into store to buy a weed eater. No one addressed me. I had to wave someone down for assistance

Hanley store is the best HD store I've ever been to. It checks all the boxes: product availability, product diversity, knowledgeable employees, fast checkouts and stocked rentals.

The employees all are uniformly kind, considerate and polite and genuinely are happy to work there. All aisles are stocked and clean, great equipment rental choices too. They have helped, at times beyond what's required of them. For these reasons, I do not look of a visit there as a chore, rather a pleasant experience since I know the visit almost always results in a great experience. I appreciate them.

Juanita and Brittany, both cashiers facilitated my credit card application and then helped me locate a promotional display unit with an expired date and slated for the cardboard trash compactor, that I could use to make a theater prop tree. ❤️

The kitchen layout and design they provided was superior to the expensive kitchen showroom my customer attended.

I went in looking for a specific plant but wasn’t sure what I needed to keep it alive and healthy. In lieu of customer service, there was none around until you got to the checkout area. But even there they were too concerned with talking to each other and wouldn’t acknowledge customers. Would have definitely been nice to have some help.

There’s a perfectly good Menard’s across the street.

I went in to buy house plants 🪴 and the manager Keith and Cashier Debo was a Jewel 💎 to me the Service That I received was excellent.

Unfriendly and poor customer service. Especially clerk/cashier at checkout. Army last visit, sales cashier in the garden center, Deborah was horrible.

The manager -Patrick was so helpful and kind. The service was so much better at this location than the others I’ve been to in St.Louis. I will continue to shop at the Hanley Rd. Location because of the service I received.

Harry was incredibly helpful helping me locate, unlock and purchase my Nest thermostat.

Genuine, intriguing, furnished . . . The open and trusting nature of this Home Depot makes me feel great when I am there. I like to shop for plants and plant materials. Keep doing your best, because the store is my favorite.

Half of the people working here do not know how to talk to others. I guess good customer service is a thing of the past. Good luck trying to find someone to help you as well. Horrible

Gentleman named Harry helped me at self checkout on Aug 25 around 2:15. Very helpful and overall an A+ employee. Props to Harry!

Customer service no longer exists at this location. But if you know what you want, and where to get it, I guess that’s good because they’re not getting in your way by ignoring you.

I purchased a bottle of Goo Gone to try and remove outdated bumper stickers from my car. Home Depot was the only brick and mortar store that had it. Trying to find a small bottle in such a large store was easy with the help of an employee who took me to it. She was very friendly and helpful. I love the great customer service at this store.

Wasn't accustomed to having an employee greet and offer me assistance at this location but to my surprise Dale (the employee) did just that. He was very knowledgeable and happy to be of service to me. That was an ideal shopping experience.

I can usually find what I’m searching for at Hm Depot.

I went in looking for info regarding Home Depot's kids activity this Saturday as well as some shopping. I had some questions and was immediately greeted by Ashley and Peter who assisted me with a smile. They were extremely professional and courteous and I was able to immediately get the info I needed. I asked for their names because I truly believe that they deserve some type of recognition for their service. Then, at the register, I was helped by Kimberly L and Sheryl. Great people!!

I had spent 10 frustrating minutes trying to locate a specific closet fastener item and then interrupted the team member named Myles. He was so incredibly kind and helpful and escorted me to the exact location of the item after looking up that 6 were in stock. His attitude and helpfulness made my day. What a fabulous Home Depot employee!

I was able to get the floor model of the particular tree I wanted. The salespeople Keith, Matt, Ben, Courtney, and Sheryl were all super, especially Keith and Keyan the Manager. They went over and beyond to help me with this purchase. They make a super team. It's hard to find help like this ANYWHERE.
