Very poor lumber. Much of the product was warped, but was still left on the floor as though someone would be dumb enough to buy it. If it were priced by the foot and you could cut off the bad end, I could understand that but priced per board...not!

They always have what I need. I am greatful for all the assistance I receive when I am at the store.

Home Depot is like my home away from home. The folks are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Also, I can get in, get what I need, and get out n a matter of minutes. But on the other hand, I don't necessarily like to rush it; afterall, it's a fun place to be.

Found everything we needed, they have amazing flowers.

I had planned to purchase a 5 gallon bucket of Behr self priming paint. When I discussed it with the paint specialist he menthioned the Behr rebate, saving me 28$. Thanks!

Overall usually have a good expereince at home depot. Just remind employees about acting positvely towards customers.

Little did I know when I was given a new battery-power ed drill about a year ago, that I was beginning a new adventure. It has a keyless chuck, and now I have the opportunity to buy a whole drawerful of new drills. After long discussions with a couple of sales people at a local Home Depot, I was equipped with just what I needed, a set of 3 (I splurged; I could have bought just one) Ryobi drills, which are working just fine. The store has a huge selection of drills, and if I'd known just what I was looking for, I'd finished up in a few minutes. But, I wasn't, and the knowledgeable sales people were very helpful and patient with me.

I always find many more things at Home Depot than what I started out for. Usually as I go toward my destimation, I find I've half filled my basket already! Keep up the good work!

i generally like HD but recently they installed a bunch of security cameras with screens that show you where the camera is pointing (genius lol) and a doorbell sound that rings when you walk by, which is really agitating. we've had a few other problems, like employees blocking off whole aisles with a forklift and then moving slowly (so we couldn't buy stuff from that aisle) and some wall tiles not being stocked well enough for us to buy what we need even though we went there like every day in a week.

Store manager resolved a minor problem beautifully. Ray, John and Andy were gereat.

The personnell here are fantastic and went out of their way to accomodate my bneeds.

I went to the store, looking for items to assist in moving, which I found very easily!

I had some unusual requests and the staff was great in helping me find it.

A friend of mine was making Sliders game for my boyfriend on his 31st birthday, my freind bob did all the wood work and I was supposed to purcahse the washers for the game. I had asked a sales associate to help me find the washers because it would have taken me all day to find it on my own. I described the game to him, mentioned I needed 8 2 inch washers for the game. The associate went straight to the isle were they were and found the exact washers I needed. Thanked him for his time about my day. It was quick and easy.

Not the closest store to shop; but always has good merchandise assortment, fair price and good sales help.

I was going to get some pots and flowers, their selection was good and the prices were pretty resanable. Vamelah was my cashier, she was very nice and freindly.

This Home Depot is becoming more like Central Hardware every day. No service. No people requesting to help. I should not have to search 10 minutes for a product or someone to help. And god forbid if they should point me to an aisle - which has happened at this store. Unhappy with having to go look for someone to help. And, I am unhappy that when I complained, they said fill out this survey. Why not fix it then when I complained!! First response should have been an apology, second response is to get a manager ASAP. Instead, I am told to fill out this survey. We'll see what happens.....

I have shopped at this Home Depot in the past and was frustrated with the lack of service and friendliness. I was extremely pleased with the improved customer service
