During my brief visit, I encountered an employee at a register helping another customer. I waited in line behind them. After she finished with the other customer, she looked at me and said, "I'm not open." I informed her I was looking for a gift card. She pointed in the general direction of the display. I selected my gift cards and found her standing near the self checkout conversing with another employee. I guessed that conversation was more important than actually helping me. That 100 dollars is the last I will spend in Home Depot.

Bought flooring , had to return some of it and everyone was very helpful

We bought a new refrigerator/freezer for the food pantry. The freezer quit working after a couple of months and we lost thousands of dollars of meat. Manufacturer does not respond to calls or emails so we had to pay to have it repaired even though under warranty. Home Depot has been no help and does not back the products they sell.

walking in lot assoc then service desk assoc then cashiers all on personal phones tried to find plumbing help no one to be found ignored by other assoc talking bought 2 buckets and left

Purchasing the door was easy. Coordinating the install was ridiculous!!! Your store had NO CLUE. The right hand had no idea there was a left hand!!! I will never again have your store coordinate an install!

Joe Palermo is the most knowledgeable, personable, and helpful retail service person I have ever encountered (and I'm 65!)

If you have all the time to wait it is an OK system.If you are on a time restraint the system for pickup is flawed and make the pickup more complicated than it needs to be.

I ordered 2 36" mirrors online on Friday so I had them on Monday,instead of mirrors they deliver 2 little Ryobi fans. The names on the fan wasn't me nor was the order number,how do you get all that wrong. I don't know what to expect next,order a refrigerator and get a box fan!

The employee went out of her way to take me to the product I wanted. It wasn’t on the shelf where it was supposed to be. It was by the service area. I wanted have found it without her. Excellent support.!!

The Home Depot is a great place to shop. I can generally find what I need at the store, and employees are courteous.

Tired of constant loading issues when people park and leave vehicles parked all over ‘PRO’ loading area as they shop. Management ignores it. I can have much more lumber and loaded faster, with efficient help than here. Employees here are rarely nearby to assist in loading.

I was impressed with all the help provided, especially at the Service desk. But I do want to also commend the assistances I received in the different Department section. There always seemed to be an Associate willing to assist and answer my questions. I am very knowledgeable and rarely need direct assistance but one thing I did notice, there were plenty of DYI'er that did need assistance, and the Associate were willing and patient, carefully listening to understand the individual needs of the Shoppers.

JD is great, excellent customer service. Jeff in electric is also great.

We are getting the kitchen remodeled and the contractor mentioned having a good working experience with Home Depot so I went there. Paul Flint, designer, was amazing showing me all my options- style, quality, colors, as well as the countertop. I will be going back for other things for the kitchen and for every room we get remodeled.

Friendly and ready to help. Nice shopping with the great help of Dan of Pro and Rich of the plumbing dept.

I really can not totally rate my experience because the washing machine is back ordered until February 22..

I do my own home repairs and always have access to what I need to complete them

At my most recent visit to the Henrietta NY location, Chris in flooring, Alex and Jada at customer service counter were all super helpful. Chris was very patient and thoroughly helpful as I was picking out my carpet. Alex and Jada rang me out since I was using using my Home Depot credit card and applied a promo discount to my purchase. Each of them went above and beyond to make my experience the best. Would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to this location.

They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for and assisted in loading my purchases.

Associate was helping someone else. I patiently waited over three minutes for him to finish or even JUST ACKNOWLEDGE me, he looked right at me, and went back to talking to the other customer. Gave up, went and found the item I needed by myself. Lack of common retail courtesy to even acknowledge my presence. Will not be back.

The sales associate Jane in Appliances was just delightful, helpful and courteous. She was knowledgeable and very efficient. A perfect example of old fashioned customer service.

If you want excellent customer service with regards to the gardening department or any other department, speed by the Henrietta store, don't stop and head on over to the IRONDEQUOIT store. It would definitely be worth your while! Employees are Great. The Garden Manager is very hands on and wonderful! I just moved into the area less than a year ago and all the trips have all been a wonderful experience. If you want a knowledgeable friendly and helpful customer service experience, ditch the Henrietta store and head on over to the Irondequoit store!

I was looking for a RYOBI pruner with battery and charger, but there were none in stock. The associate recommended ordering it online. I ordered it that day, (Saturday) and it was delivered to my door on Monday.

No matter what we come in for if we have any questions there is always a friendly staff member around to help you with advice.

i go in and have a very small selection to choose from, i find a light that would work, there were 3 of them, drive 6 miles home to find the light is used, the wire cut and missing the hardware, thanks HD

The store is nice and all, but there is an employee named Joe (His main area is plumbing) who is outstanding. He knows the answer to any question I have and has helped me figure some things out for my many projects. He always takes time to greet people and makes the whole shopping experience for projects less stresffull. The man deserves a raise.

Is a great store & has lots of items. The aisles are marked pretty good to find things

Worst Home Depot employees are rude been shopping at Home Depot for years think it’s the last time for me.
