The Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice during the Holiday season, with givers and doers that can be purchased in-store at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you are a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to make purchases online with no additional fees.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. I like this Home Depot for the fact that they have some of the friendliness employees. This is of course in my opinion. There are some issues when you need help getting something down from the top shelves it takes way to long. When i say that i am not talking about when it is in a busy hour. I am talking about not all of their employees are trained or qualified to operate the machines. Just wish they had more people to be able to help out.

The store is always clean and well stocked. In the rare occasion that I can't find what I am looking for, the employees always know what aisle to send me to. They also have better knowledge of the products and ways to solve any problems that you are having. I recently bought a new dishwasher (from Home Depot and on sale) and the hook-ups were completely different from the old one. One of their employees was able to quickly pick the parts out that allowed me to connect to the existing plumbing.

This store is exceptionally clean and well organized. I've never had a problem finding exactly what I needed for home or work needs. The staff is friendly and have a lot of knowledge to pass on to customers. This is my favorite Home Depot store in the Rochester area.

A Great yet Unexpected Store Product!
I just purchased a large shelving unit, and placed it in the pantry, however, it was too large for the space I had. I needed to level the floor, but I needed a simple way to do it. I used cardboard and sized it to level. Then the next day, went to Home Depot, and to my surprise there were floor samples, free, and cut to perfection, so I got 8 of them, and they fit perfectly underneath the unit to level out the balancing of it, now it is leveled and even and the samples even were cut so perfectly, that they matched the grooves in the floor, the top of the samples could actually slide on to the other elevated part of the floor and still level the uneven surface still. I am glad I shopped and home depot, and to think, I was prepared to buy a plank and had my measures, didn't need it at all, also I found another item that I wasn't looking for to buy, but needed to, I bought it and at a good price. Thank You!!!

Had to give a 1 star rating, which is too high of a rating. Employees appear to not want to be there. One very rudely told me he did not work in the department, and to go to another department for help. Will not shop at this store again if it can be avoided.

My experience at this Home Depot has been excellent. The staff goes above and beyond, great customer service. I have been there almost every week this summer because I was creating gardens in my yard. I will keep coming because in the winter I have plans for interior work on my house. Thank you Home Depot!

Exemplary service!!
I was in need of assistance to choose a pump to remove water from my basement. I called on the phone very early morning. A kind gentleman helped me by suggesting a Waterbug pump. He even had it held for me at Customer Service Desk. It was perfect for my job. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more helpful experience. All on a phone call. That's impressive.

Outstanding Customer Service
I needed help fining a bulb and I had my very active 2 year old, Ryan seeing my situation personally walked me over to the aisle and assisted me in finding the correct item. I really appreciated him taking the time to assist me, I had been looking for that bulb for months but other stores I have visited just directed me to where I could find it and nothing else, I would become frustrated because I could not find it and would leave without it, Thanks Ryan for being different!

Customer Service
I asked an associate for help and he very unprofessionally told me I was standing right in front of the product and then said, "can you read" I never felt so disrespected or belittled. I did speak with a store manager and he was very empathetic and did a great job at making me feel that behavior was not acceptable and that the associate would be addressed. I shop at this store several times a week for business purpose and I never had a bad experience like this.

Great store experience
I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Today while looking for the right stain and polyurethane an associate asked if I found what I was looking for. I told him I wasn't sure. He helped me pick out the right products for refinishing my stairway and gave me some tips on how to do it. It felt rewarding having someone who was friendly and helpful in making this decision.

GREAT STORE BUYING EXPERIENCE
THOMAS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN MY PURCHASE OF A NEW SNOW BLOWER. HE WAS VERY INFORMED AND PATIENT EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT READY TO PURCHASE ON THE DAY I VISITED.
