I have been contacted by different companies to purchase flooring materials and installation services; Home Depot is exceptional in customer handling and offers different options. The price is reasonable.

I received top notch service from Mimi & Shaheem at the customer service desk.

Mike M was super nice and helpful in loading and securing plywood to the roof of my vehicle.

I was trying to return some items and Aaron at customer swrvice was so rude. He straight up told me that the returns would be denied (they were not) rolled his eyes at me, and at one point said "I know what I'm doing but I'll just stop and listen to you instead". He was clearly on some kind of power trip. A couple things needed to be returned with my ID and he said "it will probably me denied" and when it wasn't, "a warning is going to print out for you". He even interrupted a transaction next to him arguing that a guest need to bring the item in to have the method of payment credited and charged to a different card, even though the itwm was a large, heavy delivery only item. His personal appearance was sloppy, dirty blue t shirt and not wearing his apron. His attitude was one of the worst I have ever encountered. He absolutrly should not be in customer service nor should he be mentoring anyone in customer service. He also performed my return under another employee's ID because when I needed help purchasing something, an employee kindly informed me that the person I dealt with at the counter was named Aaron. Caucasian, heavy build, dark messy beard with a dew rag covering his unkempt hair. I was wearing a Pride shirt and have a suspicion he might have been treating me poorly because I was there with my wife and child. Do better, Home Depot. In the ten years I have shopped at the Henrietta, NY location, I've never been treated like that. Beyond unacceptable.

HD carries different plants. Employee Carol helped to quickly unload them so I can pick fresh ones to purchase

Lee cashier was helpful and friendly . All staff same way and we were quickly helped, finding everything we needed in stock.

I enjoy this location more than any other location simply because the staff is well trained and all very polite as well as knowledgeable. Julian has always gone above and beyond for me.

When I was there to purchase sales Representatives help me to find the heater and sales cashier SARVAMBIKAI was very helpful

I was at the Home Depot on Jefferson Road with my 86 year old mother. She likes to complain and usually has a problem where ever we go. But today, I left her alone to shop for a little while and she came back to me with a huge smile on her face because some emplyee named "Sky" helped her out. This kid was so nice that she specifically said I needed to fill out the survey to let Home Depot know how kind and helpful Sky was. He deserves an award. He has done the impossible .. he made her smile :)

For years I have purchased indoor fluorescent lights from Home Depot. Home Depot refuses to recycle or otherwise dispose of used lights. Today I purchased two new 96 lights and Home Depot refused to dispose of the used lights.

When I was checking out with some construction supplies, the cashier asked me if I was a Pro Extra member. I told I wasn't. She took the time to explain the benefits to me and signed me up so I could start earning benefits right away. Thank you Joannie, Lisa and Lacey at the Pro Desk!

WE HAVE FOUND HOME DEPOT IN HENRIETTA NY TO BE CLEAN, EFFICENT AND THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BE KNOWLEDGABLE AS WELL AS HELPFUL. WE HAVE FOUND MANY OPTIONS FOR PROJECTS BEING WORKED ON IN STOCK WHERE OTHER STORES HAVE BEEN OUT OF STOCK.

The man sweeping the floors went out of his way to find the lighting specialist who had finished his shift. Both men could not have been more generous with their time. They made our shopping experience quick and easy. Tyric R was a huge help for us when we were deciding which trimmer to purchase. Thank you for you help and excellent customer service.

I’m shop at HD 3-4 times a week as a Pro member. Today I went into this location for the first time. I took me an hour and 36 minutes for someone to open the tool case. They were extremely thin staffed and no one there knew the combination. I was told there wasn’t a manager complain to in person.

I have always loved Home Depot. I had an issue with a product. Ean at the front desk in customer service helped me solve my issue, quick fast and kind service. This is why I love Home Depot!!

Amazed at how polite and eager to please all the employees are at this store. You don’t get that kind of service these days from diy stores. They were very accommodating and helpful to get the job done. Compliment to the the store manager. You got a great crew.

Provide old-fashioned service. Could always use more staff (a common problem everywhere) but just snag anyone walking near you and if they don't have the answer they will get it for you by the smartphones and intercom they all have. Polite and competent people (and no - I dont work there or even know anyone who does!)
