I needed to confirm a deck stain I needed was in stock before I drove thirty miles. Chris in paint department checked inventory and assured me it was available. Great service via phone.

I witnessed a theft that involved 4 thieves. Everyone watched as they placed items into their car in a manner in which they were not in a hurry. I could Identify all four and the car. No one did anything nor accepted my phone number in order for me to serve as a eye witness. Is this what we’ve come to? Fearing our lives and not working as a community to physically stop and correct someone else or a group of people who are doing our community wrong. I was sadden knowing how often I shop our community HD and to see that no one help me stop these people from taking advantage of HD and our community. Toughen up on crime and give bonuses for those who stop criminals. If a criminal is willing to be violent if being stopped that is even more of a reason for that criminal to be behind bars. As for photos, I was told that you have them on camera. Start being harsh on crime. Reward the employees that risk their life to make the community a much better place to live. This has been the third time I’ve seen this go down at one of your locations. I and many others would support you in your fight for a better community.

Recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator. Our experience with Tom, our associate, was wonderful! He explained what to do once the appliance was delivered, how to initiate the warranty and what to do if we encounter issues with delivery and setup. The price of the refrigerator was very good. I had purchased an identical one 14 years ago and paid only a few hundred more for the current purchase. The warranty is SO important as appliances do not seem to last as long as in the past. It was good coverage and cost effective.

GOING TO START TAKING PICTURES SENT TO CORPORATE

We had a great shopping experience in the paint department. The gentleman working was so very helpful in explaining what paint we should use and why for our furniture refinishing project!!

I was on my way home from work and needed a few items and I swung by Home Depot. As soon as I walked in the front door a Home Depot associate came up to me and asked me if he could help me. I said I would definitely need some help as I could wander the store for an hour not knowing where to go. The Home Depot associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in me getting what I wanted. I have been going to this particular Home Depot for close to 30 years now. Thank you Home Depot for yet another pleasurable shopping experience!

In almost all occasions store employees are very courteous and helpful. Yes, nothing in life is perfect; in very, very few occasions there is the abnormality a “bad-apple” employee. Most of the time, I find it satisfying and rewarding shopping at this Homedepot.
