I am from a small family owned hardware store when a customer would walk in we would greet them and ask if they needed any help then we take them where they needed to go and wait around to see if they had any questions to answer. That didn’t happen until after we made the decision for the refrigerator to buy and that to us is a big purchase .

Store is always clean and organized.

The Hurstbourne Rd store in Louisville, KY is a well-run and maintained store. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

I needed to buy a dishwasher and Home Depot was one of the stores I went to. Tom was the person in the appliance department at the hurstbourne Lane store who help me. He went out of his way to help me with my order. He was very kind, helpful and took his time. He is an example of how all employees in every store should be.

I purchased all new laundry and kitchen appliances in the last two months and got great service across the board. Recent trips for other minor things were met with welcoming greeting and assistance. Never been much of an HD shopper in the past . Just moved to L/ville and am now a loyalist.

I went to the store yesterday to get my daughter in law a wheelbarrow she wanted for her birthday. They were easy to find but not to get to as they were all at the top of a tall rack an employee came over and ask if I needed help. I showed him the item I wanted and he called someone to use a lift and come get it down for me. When it was on ground level, they got a rolling cart and put the 3 pieces on it so I could go pay for it and be on my way! It was a quick trip and a successful trip. This Home Depot is close to me and always has helpful employees.

We were happy with the appliance’s we had delivered, with the product and the delivery people. We had to make a visit to the store for some electrical parts. The associate or lady that helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Tony was most attentive to our needs. Informative and pleasant to us. Thank you Tony!!😄

Employees don't have time or unwilling to assist you.

Purchased Maytag washer and dryer. Waiting for delivery.

I needed to confirm a deck stain I needed was in stock before I drove thirty miles. Chris in paint department checked inventory and assured me it was available. Great service via phone.

I witnessed a theft that involved 4 thieves. Everyone watched as they placed items into their car in a manner in which they were not in a hurry. I could Identify all four and the car. No one did anything nor accepted my phone number in order for me to serve as a eye witness. Is this what we’ve come to? Fearing our lives and not working as a community to physically stop and correct someone else or a group of people who are doing our community wrong. I was sadden knowing how often I shop our community HD and to see that no one help me stop these people from taking advantage of HD and our community. Toughen up on crime and give bonuses for those who stop criminals. If a criminal is willing to be violent if being stopped that is even more of a reason for that criminal to be behind bars. As for photos, I was told that you have them on camera. Start being harsh on crime. Reward the employees that risk their life to make the community a much better place to live. This has been the third time I’ve seen this go down at one of your locations. I and many others would support you in your fight for a better community.

Recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator. Our experience with Tom, our associate, was wonderful! He explained what to do once the appliance was delivered, how to initiate the warranty and what to do if we encounter issues with delivery and setup. The price of the refrigerator was very good. I had purchased an identical one 14 years ago and paid only a few hundred more for the current purchase. The warranty is SO important as appliances do not seem to last as long as in the past. It was good coverage and cost effective.

GOING TO START TAKING PICTURES SENT TO CORPORATE

We had a great shopping experience in the paint department. The gentleman working was so very helpful in explaining what paint we should use and why for our furniture refinishing project!!

I was on my way home from work and needed a few items and I swung by Home Depot. As soon as I walked in the front door a Home Depot associate came up to me and asked me if he could help me. I said I would definitely need some help as I could wander the store for an hour not knowing where to go. The Home Depot associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in me getting what I wanted. I have been going to this particular Home Depot for close to 30 years now. Thank you Home Depot for yet another pleasurable shopping experience!

In almost all occasions store employees are very courteous and helpful. Yes, nothing in life is perfect; in very, very few occasions there is the abnormality a “bad-apple” employee. Most of the time, I find it satisfying and rewarding shopping at this Homedepot.

We came to Home Depot to purchase a grill. Multiple staff members promptly addressed our request for help and made sure we had everything we needed. The customer service was top notch, and we will definitely be back.

I was in the store to get specific products and I was able to get checked out with her help very quickly and accurately. She seemed happy to serve and quite personable. Hope I get her at check out next time.
