The staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Don in the Millworks lumber department was able to meet and exceed my expectations in assisting me with my building supply needs.

Store is always clean and location is convenient. Prices are higher than other stores and sections are limited..have to order online for most products to be delivered to my store location.

I bought a roll of screen, it supposed to have 25ft by 72inches, When I used it it just finished at 10 ft!!!, I took the stuff to the store and they said they can not do anything about it Terrible customer service, I would have a tape measure with me ad open a roll in the store and measure it before I pick it to make sure it is correct

I'm in this store weekly...sometimes daily. Super friendly staff and always has what I'm looking for or will offer to ship it to my home.

They treat young black female veterans differently

Just be aware that you’ll not have any help if any at all. There always seems to be no associates that can Homer (HD’s customer service ward to employees) you through any rough edges you might run into at this and most HD stores.

This is Home Depot is the definition of what a hardware store should be. Always someone at the door to say hello, Store manager is always walking the floor every time I’m there, cashiers are always on point. I will drive past competitors to shop here. The online pickup service is great when I need to utilize it. I still prefer walking in the store but use from time to time.

Train the cashiers on customer service. Low rating because of poor customer service with a return.

The employees that work at Home Depot are one of the reasons I like shopping here. They are so helpful and friendly. They are never too busy to ask you if you need help with something.

Great selection, even for "rare" faucet parts.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Home depot associates helped me find what i needed. And the checkout process was quick as well.

Terrible customer service by employee's with salt bag and the limit. No assistance at all and manager was terrible letting one customer buy all salt bags on the pallet and no other customer's could get in this emergency weather.

Our Design Specialist was awesome! Amy Mivelaz is such a dedicated, thorough, personable person! She is an excellent employee putting her customers' needs first and follows up immediately on any questions/problems that arise. Her professionalism and love for her position at Home Depot shines! She is such an asset to Home Depot. She does need her own space amid such a busy, LOUD area. It would also better experience for her customers.

I've always had great service here. Lots of selection and a huge tool dept. Just what I needed!

I feel so lost when I go into a hardware store as big as home Depot. the staff was very helpful in finding me what I needed and actually walking me directly to the site so I didn't wander all over the store. Very friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon.
