I was helped my an employee who knew exactly where all of my items were, and he followed up with me within minutes so that I didn’t have to locate an employee on my own or wait in order to cut some lengths of chain. I didn’t expect that the person helping me would be so friendly and make me laugh and also make the trip so much faster - and actually enjoyable. Home Depot is where the good help is!

I was helped with finding chainsaw bars and also rang up quickly and with a smile! Dwayne rocks!

Every time I buy something online, I wind up in the store or calling an associate to help me. I am talking two items for $6000. Not small ticket items. The associates in the store are awesome.

I just bought this trimmer today. Noticed it was tape shut. Found out no screws included.

My wife and I were greeted in a friendly manner and treated as our business really mattered. Our sales person Tom Lyon was able to inform us about the features available and help us compare each appliance to other models and brands. He explained things in a way that enabled us to make solid choices for our needs. We ended up purchasing a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. GREAT TEAM !!

Lumber/pro area of store is a wreck. The employees are very friendly and must try to help. If they can't they will first and foremost offer to get a manager lol All in all if you're looking for a quick stop when in this area for a small job, eg fixing something not building its ok. If your looking to purchase all materials for fence or deck or even build some stairs or handrails stay away.

I have had the best shopping experiences at Home Depot. Always friendly, caring and helpful. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for all my home needs and gardening needs. Well done Home Depot, your store rocks!

Went to purchase a refrigerator from Home Depot and was so pleased with the excellent service I received from the salesman! He took time to explain to me about everything I needed to know about my purchase and my delivery. Because I was at Home Depot yesterday to research which refrigerator was best, I chose to come back to this Home Depot even though there was another location closer, because of the great information that salesperson gave to me then. I had confidence that I would receive excellent service again and I was right!

Was looking for a washer and dryer at this store when we met tom an associate in the appliance department, He was the best help, he checked stock on several pairs of units and effortlessly gave us technical info that we couldn't find anywhere else. If you come to this location seek Tom, his level of expertise is very helpful

I bought a refrigerator , dishwasher and microwave Bought on 01/21/23. Due for delivery on 01/28/23 between 1 pm and 5 pm They didn’t get to my house until 6 pm Refrigerator was damaged and they were unable to successfully install dishwasher. Very disappointed. Home Depot outsources their delivery and installations I will not use them again

Frank, who works in just about every department, goes out of his way to not just help customers like me but to get to know them. He knows how to have a conversation with someone and make it feel genuine - and then remembers it when you come in next. Frank and Tony are the reason my business purchases our supplies almost exclusively with Home Depot. If they ever decided to leave HD, I’d hire them to work with us.

I've shopped that the Home Depot on Hurstbourne Lane for many years and my experience has been great so far.

I bought this for my son to use and we received great help.

Worst customer service and experience ever! Cashier dropped a 40 oz bottle of Mr. Clean. Solution spilled all over my canvas shoes and pants. No apology or compensation from the cashier or manager. Good help is hard to find and getting worse by the day.

I like the paint department being in the front of the store. I am a senior citizen and that department is so accessible. The employees are customer friendly and assist as needed. I like Behr and PPG Glidden Paints so this is my "go to store." I also like having the Military Discount feature. I am an Army Nurse Corps Vietnam Era Veteran.
