We bought a stove on 4/26/2025 from Sylvia and it was a great experience for us. She was so knowledgeable and helpful that it was easy for us to buy the stove she explained everything about the stoves and the delivery as well. She really knew her stuff on the merchandise that we are going back to see her and buy the matching Refrigerator!! Thank again Sylvia!

When standing on her feet for long periods of time,(ie washing dishes, cooking, etc...) my wife's feet and back start to ache. Being a thoughtful husband, I bought her this Parker Rain 20"x36" anti-fatigue kitchen mat. Now she can wash dishes all day long.

I have purchased just about everything and anything in the past 10 to 15 years from this location (store) of The Home Depot. I have re did just about every single room and crevice of my condo. ALL while using this store for a great many, many of its products. I have used some of the services provided by this location for installation of my wooden flooring to window covering to painting every wall of my 2 bedroom condo. My rooms have been painted with 2 colors in every room. So I spent a lot of time in the paint department getting my contrast right. I have had just about my whole bldg I manage plumbing redone with the use of the products from this location. And the list goes on and on.

I love shopping at this location. The employees are helpful and friendly

Very helpful staff knowledgeable individuals in each area. Gardening fencing, nuts, and bolts. The directions and instructions were easy to follow.

They are always very helpful and Maria is great, she help me with a big order and get my military discount

My husband and I went to purchase a Fridge. Danette was very friendly and greeted us immediately as we entered the appliance department. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. The only complaint my husband had was- there is no chair to sit in while he waited for us to finish. LOL please add a chair. And if you go to get an appliance, ask for Danette!

Today’s customer service experience was excellent!! Usual the service is good but today’s service was exceptional when compared to that of many businesses.

Went in for some all purpose grout. I was greeted good morning by several employees. It was nice to be able to get in & out so quickly.

I was directed and even escorted to locations for what all I was looking for. At checkout, I mistakenly got in the “pro” self checkout, but was greeted positively and even invited to join the Home Depot Pro membership, which I did. I’m very glad I did.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The store was clean, and they had plenty of items in stock. I will definitely shop here for all of my properties.

3/4 of the tomato plants were all shriveled up and dry as a bone. The selection was terrible in the garden area. I told the clerk, but no one seemed to care.

I was taken aback by the outstanding customer service I received from Isaiah when I was purchasing paint for my rental unit renovations. Isaiah exceeded my expectations when he gave me a wealth of information about the products and what would be best for my needs. He was patient, empathetic as I am a novice to buying the paint I usually send an employee and just had a wonderful, positive attitude. He is a superstar. I was also pleasantly surprised when Sheila helped check me out at the Pro area and told me about the program and expeditiously handled my transaction and had great customer service. I hope you can recognize both these amazing, quality employees!

The customer service at this store is top notch. I shop here often and always receive excellent customer service. If they don't have it, they will find another store or assist to order online.

Maria at the customer service desk was very patient and extremely helpful in resolving my issue with an Home Depot gift card issue. She the perfect professional representative for Home Depot

Zero people at the paint station. The line at the Garden Center was 15 minutes long on a Sunday. The cashier called for assistance and no one showed up. She was working extremely hard and when asked, told me that management refused to schedule someone to work the second register and it had been that way for 4 months. When someone spends over 300 dollars at a location, it would seem with all of other spending that customers are doing, that the store would be mindful and hire adequate staffing. People have better things to so than stand in extremely long lines because management doesn't want to improve the customer experience by making sure that lines are not 15 minutes long at the checkout. DO BETTER!

The service rendered at this store is the renders the upmost quality in professionalism and the employees are quick to render assist with either questions on particular products and will readily assist you with your purchase items during check out. On a daily basis, the smiles given gave me a good day

I buy every day extras materials. And for return. Never have problems

I have yet to go to this location and not be able to find what I'm looking for
