Convient location. Solid long term employees. sometimes its hard to find someone to help but they are always helpful, well trained in Customer Service

Went to the normal self checkout station, first one on the right. Asked the attendent to ensure that my “Veterans Discount” was active. She didn’t know anything about said discount let alone how to access it. Disgusted, I went to the garden center checkout where the attendant checked out my purchases and included the discount, which is automatically figured by the system. I’m searching for my receipt so I can congratulate this checker. (Garden center , Wednesday afternoon, left side register) Next time I’m there I’ll track her down so that she is acknowledged… Harry Lankford

I usually get fast customer service unless there is a long line ahead of me. Staff is always friendly and some recognize me by name.

He is outstanding. Fist contact was at Customer Service. He then took the reins and walked us into the Household Appliance department and sold us exactly what we wanted. He had a mastery of that department’s computer system. We were in and out in no time More satisfied than any other visit before; and there have been at least 50. BZ for Mr. Salazar.

Your staff have always been friendly and helpful, return desk, pro, doesnt matter. Sad that HD does not have tap-to-pay like all of their competitors.....frustrating to use those terminals....(Atlanta, turn loose of some $$$ and do the upgrade !)

Here from out of town doing a remodel and this store has been the best store I’ve ever seen. Manager is a true leader and cares for the customers. Keep it up!

David at Plumbing Dept helped us finding the right parts for our bathroom problem. He is quite an expert in his field even by just looking at the picture of our plumbing issue, he was able to tell us what we need to do and how to fix our faucet. His customer service skill is excellent. He put down whatever he was doing and helped me locate the parts that I need.

So glad I ran into Mr. Polite, because he solved my problem

omg I can't believe how customers are treated in this location, I spent a lot of time in this store today, first nobody available in the floor to ask for assistance then having to wait a long time in line to pay, all to be mistreated by an short, old african-american with long and purple hair wearing cap and country boots. You must be careful because it is not acceptable for this lady to talk to us and treat us as if we were stupid, we are her clients, we deserve respect.

The new self-checkout has caused MAJOR delays in checking out. As a professional in the building trades, this is a major set back in customer service, where it is already poor at this store. Probably the WORST managed store in all of San Diego stores. The returns dept is the WORST. Always moving things around even worse. A major waste of time.

This store is lucky to have Justin. He’s a star. His customer service EVERYTIME I have seen him is special. Way to bring such a positive energy to work Justin. Thanks for making my Home Depot experience better than at any other store.

I come here a lot and it’s about time. I write a review of all the amazing, lovely employees that are here. I am always greeted with a smile and may I help you find what you’re looking for. I don’t know how they remember every part and what aisle it is in, but that pretty darn impressive and if they don’t know, they usually are on it asking one of their other employees so I don’t have to go looking for another employee. and the staff is so well knowledged I can describe a part I need and most of the time they know exactly what I’m talking about. A big thank you for all the employees that are at store 1032. Thank you for making my experience that the Home Depot is so special. A special thank you to Cody for going above and beyond.

Took 60 days and three different special orders and did not receive the products that were ordered and paid for.

Most of the store is great. Huge exception however when you get to the plumbing department. Janet from the plumbing department is rude to customers that need help. She recommended I use the wrong type of fitting on my gas line and I almost blew up my kitchen.

The employee is named AUGUST assigned to the plumbing department. He is a very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in plumbing. He helped me find all my parts for my project. He always seems to be at the right place and time each time I go to the home depot. Other employees at different stores and including this store seem to dodge and avoid customers instead of helping out. AUGUST is always friendly and when he approaches customers or customers approach him he helps you 100%

The store is a mess there are no shopping carts because they’re all in use by the unstocked merchandise…. They also will walk by fast as if they’re busy to avoid helping you find an item. I wish I could give no stars and this is the Home Depot I’ve preferred for years!

I like to check out my items at the garden center as I pick up a plant as my last item of the trip. I do this because the staff in the garden area are friendly and I like to see the flowers on my way home/work.

Store employees were readily available to help me and they were all very polite and knowledgeable. My cashier patiently helped me with getting my military discount code to work on the HD app, on my phone when it was not functioning. I love experiencing the positive atmosphere in every store I shop in! Keep your employees happy and your customers will be happy.

Elliot polite from tools and Ron from woodworking were beyond helpful with everything I asked. I would absolutely come back just to get their help again.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The parking long and store are clean. Shelves are stocked. It's a great location to shop for home improvement needs.

First time woodworking. Manager Dave was very perceptive in noticing us having a problem. Our iPad died where it had a rough blue print for cutting an 8 x 4 so he went out of his way to help us manually calculate cuts for our very first woodworking project. Definitely gonna be a repeat customer because of this positive experience with him.

Imperial Market Home Depot is a contractor friendly store. I cannot say enough great things about Armando, Brit, Esteban Rotesis Annie Maria and the grrat staff! Go Home Depot Market Place
