Couple weeks back seen a manager of the store (Dora) harrass an injured associate. Dora then ordered this associate to jeopardize her safety and walk on a broken foot. Does Home Depot condone this type of behavior?

TImes R Changing. The Customer Sevice is getting 100% Better in this store. I only shop here 3 times a week and they get better with every day that passes . The guys in Lumber are 100% Awsome. Carlos and Henry , YOU GET REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from these guys !! No BS here..

I think if more shoppers take the time to do the survey instead of going home all upset. they would feel much better. I continue to shop there for only 1 reason, My mom;s house is 2 miles form the store. I find this store to Lack customer service in more ways then one. I can not count the many mornings I have gone to the paint dept only to find slow and unfriendly service that's if your lucky to get service. This store and the Chula Vista store dennery road need help Big Time. Customer service is no where to be found in either store !! SAD !!

I can spend hours in Home Depot! I find all kind of home improvement items (DIY) as well as items for my arts & craft projects.

The spray paint area was really, really low on paint. So many empty rolls of paint. I had to get on my knees and finally was able to find one can of the color I needed.

Best place to get your tools in town.

Products are easy to find because they are well organized. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Employees at the parking lot always offer to help load your vehicle.

Employees need to be aware of company policies before addressing them with customers in a rudely manner Customer service from Employee was horrible. Iwas returning Items that I bought at a different store because my home store did not have them available. An employee approached me at registered and began to yell saying I was not allowed to return those items at this store that I needed to drive to the Home depot I purchased them and return them there. There are ways to address the situation and by yelling to the cashier and myself infront of other customers is defenetly not anway to conduct business. Very unprofessional

This is my neighborhood store so obviously location is key, it is a smaller store but it is always well stocked and I always find what I need. Employees are always helpful and friendly and if they do not know the answer to a question they will find a more experienced associate that does.

I was really happy with my store experience! Guys in hardware answered all my questions. Manager gave me a huge discount! A team of employees came to help me load my tool chest. I left with a smile on my face and extremely satisfied!

Cashier Karen was soooo friendly, helpful, pleasant. I have a bad knee and the item I picked out didn’t have a price, so instead of having to walk all the way back to isle 37, she was able to quickly pull up the item online and was able to complete the transaction. Thank you Ms Karen.. You’re the best. You ROCK and you’re not the “Bad Karen” that people say all the time. You’re the new 2021 Sweet Karen..

Employee Monica went out of her way to assist in placing an order to pick up items at another store. She was very knowledgeable and provided GREAT Customer Service. Thank you for the positive experience. Will definitely be returning to this store.

I want to give a shout out to Robyn, the cashier in the garden department. She was so friendly. Asked us if we were having a nice day, etc. Also, she asked about the kitchen faucet we were buying, saying she has one and how much she liked hers. I thought she was so nice. Good customer service with her at the checkout.

Absolutely THE WORSE customer service!! Not all of them but the few good ones are outnumbered & overwhelmed. It takes so little to greet someone, especially in the morning. Be nice. Don't treat people like your job is way more than it is. They better be prepared to do better cuz gas is too expensive to go out of my way to shop elsewhere when I drive by this devils hole 5/6 days a week.

Came to buy stock tanks for a raised bed garden. Cashier didn't know what they were or how to find on system. I had to go take a picture of the barcode. Went out and parked my truck close to get the stack tanks. They are 2x2x6 Not small. They had them by the front door. I had to move the handicapped carts to access them. A employee said hey those get parked over here. I explained I need tanks he said ok and walked away. I loaded to first one by myself (I didn't think I was getting any help!!) Second tank getting was a fiasco too. I also wanted 30 blocks for raised bed garden Never got because they don't know anything!
