Overcharged two items

Great location right off the 805 freeway. Easy on and off. Imperial Ave. is a pretty sleazy neighborhood and street but the store's location is nestled into a decent shopping center. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I purchased several bags of Rose MC Garden Soil. Excellent product. Great price.

Usually walk in and get what I need and walk out. Today, I had question, and the employees were amazing and helpful. From finding the right tool, to helping me with a visa gift card I needed to use for my purchase, everyone was helpful and did it with a smile!

My visit today was very unsatisfactory. The woman who rang up my items refused to honor the price that was listed where the item was located on the shelf.

Had I more $$ I'd bought more!

visiting from out of town bought fresh flowers for my mom, terrible employees and really bad experience with Reginal the cashier person.

Nancy my cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond her duty as a cashier. She helped me with filling out and Home Depot credit card. She even called them to see if I qualified for the card. Nancy was the best.

As an amateur, I shopped at Home Depot looking for five items that I described to the employees what I needed and the Home Depot professionals (employees) handed me one of the items and told me the aisles to find the other items. Home Depot had all the products I needed.

This is where I go. I know where to find what I need. The staff are professional. Always helpful.

I bought good fire alarms for a good price.

People are not friendly staff is never available to help never has inventory.

For years every store that I go into, they’ve been moving stuff around and it’s impossible to find stuff without having to ask in associate where things are at. It’s a big waste of time I know they do it for marketing but it’s very frustrating for trade professionals who use Home Depot on a daily basis

I come to this store all the time. They are always nice, accommodating, patient, willing to teach, and sociable. Today was extra special tho’! I had a difficult return, my fault not theirs, and Kia and Roteshia were extra kind and so so nice about it. So HUGE shout out to these two women, thanks sooooo much and keep up the magnificent work. Home Depot should be proud to have both of you!

Everything I have bought is of great quality, I have never returned anything, although I know I can, it is my favorite store

Always feel welcome, always stock

I went to the Home Depot on broadway in lemon grove very poor service , no help , workers sent me on a wild goose chase looking for a product, and than when I went to check out very bad stood in line at self check out for 10 minutes only to find out they don’t except cash, was sent to a cashier that had one customer. But after 10 minutes there put product down and left it seems like they are very helpful there to all the contractors but not just a person trying to buy something for their own home

just asking a simple questions, and some employees do not care or just response " go to aile #".

I went into the store 2 weeks ago and Karen turned a very sad day into a happy one with her concern, smile, and genuine willingness to help!

This is our favorite Home Depot. For some reason, the associates here are far more friendly than other Home Depots. Not sure why. Whatever. We much prefer to come to this store. Plus there is a Long John's Silver right across the parking lot. What more can you ask for?

I bought a Royobi cut off saw which did not match the sale promotion, but had the same product number. Clerk was helpful in seeing the discrepancy and made a price adjustment. Very much appreciated.

Products barcode missing and that gave Desmond the power to start checking other customers out..After waiting in line only to wait again.. Very rude, Dezmond Bynum horrible Cashier rude and refused to call a manager while smirking.. Never had any issues at Home Depot

I didn’t get his name but he was great. He answered all my questions and pointed me the right direction for all the supplies I need for my project. Everything from the right wood to the right screws and things of which I already forgot the names of. Thank you for being so helpful.

Experiences with staff is consistently outstanding at this location.
