I have been TRYING to remodel a 5 Bedrooms 2 1/2 Baths home. The employee's at the Imperial Ave Home Depot have been Soooo HELPFUL and willing to say hey, that's Not going to work you need to do it this way and get this product and this is how you apply it. Their info was sooo HELPFUL that it saved me MONEY, PRODUCT AND EXTRA UNNECESSARY TRIPS BACK To Home Depot. Rick, Tyrone, Big Mike, Nick, Bridget and many others have made this Overwhelming experience less stressful and MORE PRODUCTIVE. THAT'S WHY I DRIVE FROM SPRING VALLEY TO IMPERIAL HOME DEPOT.THKS

Employees were very professional. ALWAYS get the help I need and help out in understanding what you're buying and give options depending on price and quality.

This was a very clean store even though this is a holiday season and shoppers are in demand of items and can get a bit crowded and messy, but, obviously not in this store. I found what I needed and the shelves were very well stocked with ease of locating what I needed. The cashiers were very friendly and informative. I usually dont write reviews butthought they did an awesome job with the crowds in the building that I easily would have been overlooked.

If you are needing carpeting, flooring, etc., see Marco or Evelyn in Flooring...they both are extremely helpful, friendly and smart!

Products is easy to fine. Very organize and always current on their display of items. Like they have already the items to be sold for Halloween, and now Christmas items.

This store has always exceed my expectations with the variety of plants for sale in the garden section.

I live equidistant to three HD locations. This one, by far, has the shelves well stocked, friendly and helpful staff, and quick turnover at the registers.

Location was to find and near freeways. Needed a key cut quickly and was on the way home before a trip out of town. Nice young lady cut my keys, friendly and social so the time went quickly.

I'm usually pleased with the stores and it's employees. On this visit, however, I was sold an item that was used (a toilet) and was laughed at when I explained to the store manager how inconvenient and costly it was for me. Yes, he refunded my money back to my card, but the plumber was at my home for 3 full hours at $85.00 an hour. He felt bad for me because it wasn't my fault and discounted one hour. The total for this installation was $435.00. My visit to this store cost me more than it should have because of an item that should not have been on the shelf in the first place. When I asked him why they had not checked the box, he simply stated they don't do this!

When you visit the store you won't be bored; they have everything you need from cleaning your floors to completing those Honey Do chores. If it's fresh herbs you need for that family you feed; you can find them in the Garden Center. If it's tools you need for getting rid of weeds, don't buy be a renter. Don't waste your time driving all over town cause if they don't have it, it can't be found Donna C.

All products were easy to find and accessible. Staff was well informed and very helpful when consulting them. Great place overall.

Please make an attempt to get that lady some help in the Nursery! It's not fair that we have to wait in line just to be rung up but can't get any consultations about allllll of those products in the Nursery when you're coming to purchase something specific! Do like Albertson's and when there's 3 or more in the Nursery line there automatically needs to be a floor consultant to come and attend to the customers shopping or that might have questions at least! Thank you!

I had to make several trips to Home Depot, I over purchased on some items and not enough on others. Each visit was made easier by your team that showed me excellent customer service.

Wide product selections, products are well organized, employees were very helpful.

Store aisles were a little messy and several shopping carts scattered in parking lot...but the selection was good and the customer service was excellent.

Every time I go here the wait is incredibly long. It's worth it to me to go to Ace and pay just a little more and not have the long wait.
