I walked in the store, needing to purchase a toilet because I had a major plumbing catastrophe at my residence. I was helped by Mr Jim in the plumbing department. He helped me determine the toilet I needed and got me a cart and loaded it on the cart for me. At checkout, Jazz and Shantell helped me and told me to get my car and they loaded it in my car for me. They were delights on what had been a tough morning. Grateful for the attention and help from the minute I walked into and out of Home Depot in Inverness. Thank you!!!!

While using self checkout the lady made me feel like I was a thief even with several other people using the other registers she stood over my back and even took the scanner and was scanning my items even after I told her I needed no help I will never shop this store again I shop Home Depot every week as a small business owner but this store will never get anymore of my business

The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was very nice and friendly and very helpful. He made sure product was available and made my visit pleasurable

Being new homeowners in the area, we went in to look at washer/dryer sets. The sales lady was not pushy, but very informative and we ended up purchasing. We had to buy a lot of other things, and everywhere we walked in the store, employees greeted us and/or asked if we needed any assistance. Such a friendly, helpful crew!!

I found everything I needed thanks to an employee named Tommy W. He was great and patient helping me find what I needed.

Sales associates, at least at this store, will tell you anything you want to hear just to get the sale. When the delivery guys show up, and it's not Home Depot employees, it will be different. They'll tell you that you were given bad information. Bought a refrigerator and asked about reversing the doors. One associate said it was no problem that they were delivered without the doors on, and the delivery guys would put the doors on as we needed. Wrong. Delivery came, and doors were already on - and not the direction we needed. Explained what I was told by the sales associate, and the delivery guy said they never deliver without the doors on, and that there was a fee to reverse them.

The accuracy and timelines of delivery are two important reasons we purchase our materials from store 0875.

I have had very few visits to Home Depot that I would classify as "A HAPPY 0casion "

In looking for a new refrigerator online, I had "information overload" ! A friend suggested I go to Home Depot and ask for Adair. She was so knowledgeable and patient!. I ended up going back 3 times before finally making a purchase.

We needed to purchase a new refrigerator. Thankfully, Bob Clifton, was working on Friday, August 1, and was available to assist us. My husband and I were blown away by the preparedness of this employee. He was a walking technical reference manual on the products carried in your store. On each model, he was able to provide statistics on reliability, functionality and customer reviews. He did not attempt to prejudice our selection. I do feel that he offered us the best possible advice to make our own decision. We are so pleased with the time and attention he gave to us. I hope we won't be in the market for another appliance anytime soon, but if we are, I hope Bob Clifton will be available to assist us. Thank you for employing someone so informed and proficient in this position.

Shanell the CSM manager on duty July 27th, is a true gem 💎, I went in Sunday after church & she went above & beyond to take care of all of my needs & she ordered my items & had them shipped to me.

I was highly impressed by each employee that I encountered on my last visit to this Home Depot location. Everyone was kind, eager to help, and seemed genuinely happy to be working which created a pleasant shopping experience.

I will definitely be back at this location

The people here not only greet you when you enter the store but they smile while doing it. A lot of other stores will greet you but they have a blank look on their face.

Fine people who were warm, friendly and helpful. Store was clean and stock was good.

I don’t know how they are hiring it or teaching it but the level of customer service from my last two visits by a multitude of employees was over the top.

Everyone is always great. From the person in the paint department who was kind, helpful and personable, to the sweet woman who helped me in the self checkout. They go above and beyond to help you without hovering

I went into the store for one thing and everyone was super helpful. We went back a few minutes before they closed (as someone who works late, I hate going in somewhere last minute trying to get things) but they were super helpful and even called for backup to assist in helping us find the correct screw. The staff was beyond helpful and cheerful as they did it. I appreciate them for their help!

I was over charged and it took many ph calls, emails and a fax with proof of purchase to resolve!

The estimator we paid for miscalculated the job, the delivery took about 2 weeks for the first wrong order and a month for the 2nd wrong order. Almost 6 weeks later and our floors are still not complete. Beware!

Number one choice for my home and outdoor products.
