From Brito the end we could not have asked for better service. Our sales person in the appliance section was extremely knowledgeable and great help pick out our new refrigerator. The delivery men were very careful and kind.

Home Depot has and will continue to help us into our new home. We have purchased gas store, refrigerator, washer/dryer and microwave.

I went in this Home Depot to buy some tile for a new house we are building. I had already gone to the Hoover, AL HD and they were out of the tile I was looking for. Liz in the flooring department helped me find the tile I was looking for and was so very nice. I had the incorrect info for the tile I was looking for, but she helped me to find what i needed. I also had another young lady in this department that went and got a ladder to retrieve a box of tile that I could not reach. I did not get her name. She was very tall and very nice. The young lady that checked me out was also very nice. I have to say that everyone I came in contact with last night at the Inverness Home Depot was very nice and helpful.

I enjoy shopping in the Inverness Home depot. They have what I need and the employees are friendly and helpful.

My dryer died. Went to buy a new one. No salesperson available. No dryers in the store to look at. Had to buy blindly. Lots of hidden charges.

I kinda was considering buying a new Fridge for the garage. After visiting the Home Depot appliance area, the clerk was exceptional in assisting the decision and the Price was highly competitive with FREE Delivery. I’m a Happy Camper!!

Very helpful employees

Ordered a fridge to be delivered to my office but it was damaged. They delivered a replacement and it was incorrect. I called multiple times and was placed on hold over 20 min. Still waiting on the fridge I paid for.

I love this Home Depot for the simple fact of being acknowledged and treated like they are ready to help you and excited to do so! From the time you enter until you leave, someone greets as you enter and someone always wishes you a great day and thanks you for shopping at their Home Depot when you leave. Our family has moved and lived up and down the east coast and with each move it’s a comfort to know that a Home Depot is nearby to help make the transition just a little simpler. Always helpful employees that actually care about your needs. Most of them are experienced DIY homeowners or retired contractors. Im always grateful for their advise and suggestions.

Better options exist. Their deliveries are outsourced and like a box of chocolates, you absolutely have no idea what you are going to get. Would have gone with zero stars if allowed.

I love my experience there just not in the paint department. The lady in the paint department won’t let you pull your own paint. She wants to choose it. She was very rude and took people in front of me even though I was there first, besides that the experience from there was great.

The Home Depot store at Inverness is the store we go to when we need anything for home improvement needs. The employees at this store know the product locations in the store. They never direct you to a wrong location. They are very friendly and helpful. We never have had a bad experience when shopping here.

We went in to look at countertops never thinking we would purchase them from a big-box store. We met Rachel and she showed us several options. We were surprised at how competitive the prices were to direct suppliers, even lower on some. Rachel’s expertise in knowing how the finished product should look was refreshing. You don't find many people now who care about their job or others enough to invest in either. Her command oroduct, design, layout, and how we wanted the finished product to look gave me and my wife the confidence to trust Home Depot with our order. We are looking forward to the install.
