David in plumbing is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I have several unused store credits at Home Depot. I was not sure how to apply them to my purchases at the self check out aisle. A lady named Toni helped me and basically did it for me. She was so kind and nice. And I hope to see her again at the Inverness store! It made my shopping day a breeze!

I went in just looking for a new freezer and walked out purchasing a new freezer. The sales person Adair was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the entire purchase effortless. Highly recommend anyone looking for new appliances to go see her.

This area of Birmingham has lots of old folks unable to repair/install "stuff". Seems to me this area would be extremely beneficial to HD if you expanded the offering to include minor carpentry, plumbing etc services we cannot get thru a company. Example. My garage door opener just broke. And I cannot find anyone to fix it. An electrical contractor would laugh at me for even suggesting it. I guess I am suggesting Home Depot set up a "REPUTABLE and ACCOUNTABLE Angies' List in store"

During this visit, I rented a tool and purchased several things for an outdoor project, including a pallet of landscaping stones. When it was time to get them to my truck, I was told that I would have to load them one by one myself because they had no associates to help me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I've had some experience with stores that don't care about the customers. This store and employees went out of their way with helping, smiling faces, and so much friendliest. Made my day. I left with a huge smile on my face. Thanks Toni.

Have nothing but good things to say about this location. Associates are easy to find and are knowledgable and very helpful. Items are located where they should be in my mind. I live closer to one of their competitors, but I travel a bit farther to use Home Depot. If I am out of town, i ALWAYS choose to shop at Home Depot..

We returned home from a vacation in South Dakota only to find our refrigerator had gone out. Anna trying situation, we were in a hurry to find a refrigerator and a good one. We went to three different places, and nothing was quite right. But we went to the Home Depot on Highway 280 in Birmingham, and had a wonderful experience. We found the right refrigerator, and even more, The Best sales staff. Specifically Adair! Stacey was also extremely helpful when we came back the second day to get the deep freezer. They treated us like family. I cannot imagine a better buying experience. With their warranty, we felt confident that they would stand behind the products that we have purchased. We look forward to getting them in the next week. We will definitely purchase from Home Depot again.

After many years of DIY I have found a home improvement store where employees really help!

Needed to purchase a new washer and had to accomplish it on my lunch break - Adair immediately greeted me and helped me to make a selection and schedule delivery. The whole transaction took only 15 minutes. New washer was delivered today as promised, in perfect condition.

Alw as us find what I need and staff are knowledgeable and friendly! Helpful!

Bart and Big Verg were excellent! They really took interest in my project and went the extra mile to assist me. It was a great shopping experience!

Today I shopped twice at Home Depot and purchased a Dyna Glo bbq grill and a bundled set of GE appliances. All sales people, greeters and cashiers were were on top of their game! I will use the grill tomorrow and the kitchen appliances should ship and arrive in the near future.

We had to buy a new washer, the sales person(Adair) was very helpful and knowledgeable about each and every brand.

Service Rep Kim was super helpful and went out of her way to get the shower tile and flooring I was trying to locate.

The customer service in the store is very helpful. Buying a washer and dryer set was very quick, but I was also given plenty of information and resources.

I usually shop at the other place… however, this place is TOPS! If they don’t have it, they’ll help you find it. If you look confused, they first ask if you’d like advice_ and they seem to know all the answers. Mr. Dodd was very helpful and kind. Used his time and energy to help me get something small like a tool belt, and then continually expressed interest in the jobs I’m doing and if he could help me with anything else. Awesome Guy!

I bought this exterior stain 4 years ago and Home Depot still carried same stain and color

Had to buy a new dishwasher. Adair the sales person in the appliance department was great. She was very helpful and she knew the products. She helped us decide on the right one for us.
