The customer service here is nonexistant except at the cashier where they are helpful. The product is not accessible and it is impossible to get someone ro reach it. The only employee that was assigned to help me could not speak one word of English and was physically unable to access the product. Yet there seem to be groups of employees, talking with each other throughout the store none of them willing to help a customer. Very disappointing will not return to this store.

After shopping you have to play cashier. ALL self checkout (no cheating).

The store is great and so are all the employees. The prices are good.

A purchase of 20 pallets of brick was made via the "Pro Shop" within the Kendall (Miami) store which, itself, was well organized, clean and staffed by caring persons. Details were keenly observed and kept to. The whole process, from purchase to delivery, went smoothly thanks to the employees' efforts.

Too much roofing materials - over estimated. Returned without the counter-people even batting an eye. That's the way it's supposed to be .... Man or LADY alike. Don't underestimate what any one is capable of.

On 2/3/24 I needed to purchase several items to repair my shed. I went to department that had the tools I needed, but unfortunately the employee in that department was more interested in making his area stocked up and neat than to help me find what I needed. He sent me to different areas. I finally found a nice person who knew of an employee who was more familiar with what I needed and I was helped.

Thru the years Home Depot has been my hardware store of choice. Even though they ate all the little mom & pops hardware store. I used to spend hours with my best friend Eduardo at the little hardware store in Hialeah on Le June. But the friendly,corteous and professional service is always a welcomed experienced. Merry Christmas.

Store is very busy and sometimes chaotic but you can find friendly employees and ample supply of merchandise !!

I purchased a GE washer/dryer combo from Mr Green in the Kendall store. Gentleman like Mr Green make a store worth visiting. The attitude, knowledge, and friendliness were fantastic!

Above and beyond from Juan ASM at this store. The gentleman went above and beyond in helping me and I noticed that he treated other customers the same way.

Stopped by to pick up some stakes for signes and found them on the isle, as explained on the website! Was in and out in a flash.

All I needed was some 20ft of vinyl tuning. I asked a lone employee named "Ken" working the key center "excuse me, would you happen to know where I can find more of this tubing?" to which he stayed silent for about 5 seconds then slowly looked over at me, rolled his eyes, and scoffed at me while having an annoyed look on his face. I'm not one to exaggerate an experience and as a former retail supervisor myself I know how annoying customers can be, but Ken (all black clothing with a black hat) was so rude, unprofessional, and nasty that I don't understand how he is employed there. I can't imagine how many times he's treated customers in this manner, hope management at least acknowledges this issue.

I was just at this store this morning, and sale cashier Maria T. greeted me with a smile. She was not behind the counter, but instead out in the aisle asking if I was ready to check out. She scanned my items efficiently, and then wished me a great day. Very nice, lady!

Home Depot of 127 Ave in Kendall is the best store ever because is always well organized and you can always find what you are looking for.

As a prior Homedepot associate I can elaborate on the fact that I know Home Depot values and how important customer service is. I needed some help on locating an item and I came across Amilia whom which is an assistant manager according to her apron. I asked her “where can I get the backsplash stickers?” Immediately started exaggerating the way she spoke to me and making smart remarks. I was so upset and blown away. I will not be shopping here again if that type of customer service continues.

I bought a gazebo and wasn't sure to do it online because I had few questions, went to the store and at customer service they guide me throw the process and all my questions were answered. Thanks!!!

Everyone in the pro desk and cashiers are amazing. I would like to recognize the following workers for their excellent customer service. Luz and Lilliam ( Cashiers) Zaida, Daniel, Wadim and Natalie ( Pro Desk Associates) and Gabriel and Edgar (Pullers)and also Sandro ( Manager). They always show great attitude and have excellent customer service. They make shopping here a pleasure. Thank you all for what you do.

As mentioned in the survey, the young rep in the painting dpt. was very helpful while the old guy there was not. In the tiles dpt. the rep limited to point out where to find what I was looking for while keep himself re-stocking and moving things without paying proper attention to customers.

The person in charge of the window department took his time to walk us and helped us selecting the best items we needed

We bought an appliances package and got an excellent deal

I travel from Homestead to the Kendall store because of their amazing service and experience. The managers Julio & Andre are so caring and understanding. They treat you like family with a warm smile.. they take their managers coat off and are just like anyone on the floor. If you want a amazing garden Michael is the guy. He knows hisnplants & flowers and what to feed/give them! My garden is gorgeous because of his expertise!!

We love going to this Home Depot because the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Manager Sandro for the support and guidance yesterday in solving our needs in how to fix our bathroom.
