Clean and good service, and good price and good inventory

Ray in appliances was so helpful. Because of the wonderful customer service I recieved, I give this visit 5 stars. I Honestly get overwhelmed when going to Home Depot but Ray helped me every step of the way.

This store is always very organized and clean. I appreciate it. Sale items are set out front and easily accessible. Associates always ask if help is needed. I like that.

I have found that the sales representatives at this store are always happy to help me. Most warehouse stores have a reputation for not having enough staff to help the customer. This has never been the case at the Kifer Road, Sunnyvale location, and I have shopped there for 20 years. This store is my go-to place for almost all of my DIY projects because of the friendly and helpful staff, and because it has just about everything I'd ever need for fixing and creating stuff.

We are very disappointed for the Homedeot service this time. We bought the appliance including Washer, Dryer and Fridge from Homedepot 6/28. The sales is good and all the appliances were deliveried on 7/6. But the dryer was not installed because the power cord was not matched. After 4 days, three homedepot deliveryman brought the new power cord to my home, but they rejected to install the dryer for me. They walked to my home without shoes cover, even one of them asked me that do I sale my TV, that's totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I have called the Homedepot customer service and also homedepot today and yesterday, but nobody get back to me. My questions: 1. Why the dryer is not installed after one week of the delivery? 2. Why the deliveryman walked to the customer home like a shopping mall, without shoes cover and looking around and ask this kind of question?! We feel unsafe with your employees!!! 3. Why nobody follow up with the issue? Do you really care about the customer or You want me to return all the appliances.

Had to wait 15 mins for an associate to come help after call was made over loudspeaker. Ridiculous. Store wasn't even busy. There just were no associate willing to help because I kept walking around and asking for help and no body was willing.

This store in Sunnyvale, is generally a pleasant experience to shop. It is well stocked, clean, and the associates are helpful. That being said, I tried to find out if this store carried baled straw, by calling the store. When the associate answered, they didn't understand what i was asking for (English was not their native language) and they directed me to shop online. Quite frankly, I was perturbed by this, if I wanted to shop online I would have. Also if they didn't understand the question as I believe, get another associate that could and/or direct me to the right department (garden). Other than that, my experiences at this store have been favorable.

Needed specific dwarf fruit trees and this store carried what I needed.

It's hard to find anyone the works there and when you do just like every Home Depot it's not their department.. I go straight to the pro desk and ask for Steve , mike or the two women there. They are awesome. I pass the Santa clara store and drive a few more miles to deal with the Sunnyvale team. I work for a few investors that pay for the materials so I'm usually doing Phone sale. Even my clients have mentioned that being on the phone with this crew is a pleasant experience. Overall the store is small and customer service is lacking but if your a fellow contractor l recommend hitting the pro desk, you won't be disappointed

Was in and out in little time as I like. Associate in Hand Tools was friendly and quick to help and take me to the material I was seeking. Self check out was fast and easy.

I was in the market to buy a storage shack, and had visited a few websites to compare the product and the price. I then visited the stores to check the sample. Citlalli at the Kifer Home Depot helped me to select the shack most suitable for my home, and helped me to understand the payment options available to me. It made the purchasing process so much easier. I recommend this store and Citlalli highly.

The cashier was incredibly nice and made me feel confident in the products I purchased.

Repeated attempts to get ANY associate to get a product that wasn't on the shelves but was up above and visible was a futile endeavor. Restock so you don't have to be bothered!

The Sunnyvale Home Depot is a great place to shop for all of your home improvement needs. From an ample sized parking lot (there's plenty of space to park your car *out* where it won't get dinged, and yet be able to actually walk to the main doors in a decent amount of time), to the most excellent and helpful employees on the inside, this store is fantastic, in my opinion. On the first Saturday of the month, you can bring your kids for the monthly Kids Workshop...or you can sign up for one yourself (they're posted on the board outside of the main doors) for various other times during the month. All of the employees are friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. "Red" comes to mind as always being friendly and helpful! There are many others, too! And when you arrive--or leave--and are feeling a little hungry, please be sure to stop by the *Cafe* outside for some delicious fare. The employees there seem to be an extension of all of the nice employees on the inside. Breakfast, lunch, snack...whatever you choose to eat, you won't be disappointed! I love this Home Depot! Make a visit and you may come to see why yourself!

The staff in this store are lovely! The are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure going to this store.
