I was very satisfied with the assistance I received in the paint department.

More pleasant than I anticipated.. Had to wonder around awhile until I located an associate. Pam (in the baseboard dept) assisted me originally & was most helpful. I had purchased an incorrect item from another store & Pam explained why she thought that sales associate provided me w/the incorrect product (it can be returned) I then met w/Charles & Breonah in the bath dept. They both were so friendly, knowledgeable & all 3 were SO PROFESSIONAL

This ain't a summary, it's just a way to fill this in.

Shanneeka was the cashier/associate that was extremely friendly and helpful to me while shopping in the garden center. She expedited my request to use my garden club member coupon quickly and without a negative attitude when there was an initial problem. I would go back to this Home Depot just for her friendly service!

I am always pleased with this location if I have a question I am comfortable asking any associate. If they dont have a answer they find a associate to better serve me.

I was very impressed with an associate at the tool rental .He was helpful,cordial,patience and professional.I asked questions because I was not sure what tool to rent for a project,he took the time and explained to me as well as suggest the type of nail to use.

I found everything I needed without problems......

The cleanliness of the store.The store was clean,and warm.It was so cold outside ,but the store was warm and soothing,I found what I needed and was out before I could count to ten.

As soon as I walked in I was met with a bubbly young woman smiling and greeting me,she further asked If I need help,when I replied yes,she asked what I needed help with,based on my need,she called an associate for that section. Thank you Home Depot Associates you are all great!

RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE AT THE PRO DESK DURING MY LAST TWO VISIT!!!!!!!

This was my 1st visit to this Home Depot. All of tbe store associates were helpful and friendly. I needed assistance with the self pay and the associate helped me through the process. She also directed me where to look for a cellphone charger. I found a young man there who stopped what he was doing to go to the area and help me search for one. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. Other employees smiled or greeted you as they walked by. This store is not near me but I'm glad for the positive experience. I would go back and recommend to others.

Ali was very helpful, professional and courteous. I was greeted with a smile and she guided me appropriately throughout the store.

Good service from most .some associates are reluctant to assist which I then report them to the cashier who then assist me in reaching a manager.

Dane , the store associate and Chris the store Manager made my shopping experience amazing! They treated me like a most valuable customer and ensured that I got exactly what I needed and wanted. I had looked in 3 other Home depot stores and not one person helped me. When I came to the Carpet Department of the Halethorpe store, Dane immediately offered his help and guided me in making the perfect purchase. He was knowledgeable about the size, material and pricing of the carpets as well as the density. When I had a question about the display, he called Manager Chris who added information that resulted in my buying the perfect carpet. Dane wrapped up the carpet in plastic, put it onto the cart and even loaded into my truck (in the freezing cold). Dane and Chris went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied . I will definitely shop here again and highly recommend this store to everyone who wants excellent service and products!

Almost always have what I need at decent prices and store staff is always extremely helpful.

Cashier Darlene was of great help. I will be visiting the store more often this if type of service remains. Keep up the great work.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ANY HOME DEPOT. STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND WELL INFORMED. I USUALLY SHOP AT THE HALETHORPE STORE, IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN, WELL KEPT AND USUALLY WELL STOCKED.

GOOD STORE WILL COME BACK. GOOD PEOPLE THIS QUESTIONIIS GETTING ON MY NERVES.

Today I received above and beyond service from the Home Depot store in Halethorpe... The man who helped with the fan was awesome. He looked like he enjoyed his job by helping us out. There was no sign of irritation when helping us. The cashier and front end manager went above and beyond while dealing with us. We had lots of questions and there were right there answering everything we asked. Good job Barb and Ashley. Thanks for dealing with us today!!!

I had an ususual problem -- covering my stove's electronic panel to prevent cats from turning on my oven. I searched throughout the store to find something that would resolve my problem. An Associate, named Charles, not only approached me to see if he could assist, but he also brainstomed to help find a resolution-which he did. Not was he instrumental in finding a resolution for me, but he also took the initiative to adjust the product to the size needed so I could use it to cover the electronic panel. He is an associate who was not only ingenious, but he also volunteered to cut the product down to size. He took ten extra miles to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you, Charles. Oh yes, and Charles -- it works great! One extremely satisfied customer!!!!

The store was clean and the all the products I needed were available. The associate in Plumbing was very friendly & helpful. I was in and out in just a matter of minutes.
