The one and only mobility scooter available for senior citizens is in TERRIBLE condition. It should be immediately replaced and then junked! Other stores have a little fleet of these scooters available to their elderly customers.

Besides having a relatively easy time finding what I was looking for and getting in and out in a timely fashion, the cashier named Rosie was very helpful and very pleasant. It'd be nice if everyone was like that.

If you're in the market for appliances, go see Phyllis! She is exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. She will steer you clear of products that have issues or not the best for what you need and toward options that are better quality and work in your budget.

I pretty much spend most of my time in the garden center. I've been to others near by but Lincoln and McCormick Home Depot really takes care of the plants in the garden center compared to others. They have great prices too.

Hundreds of items to choose from throughout the store. The employees are knowledgeable (a big plus) and pleasant to speak to on a variety of topics.

There is little or no help in the garden center to help with heavy bags

I like to visit Home Depot #8598. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. I specially like the flower collection - the nursery in the spring and summer. I wish the mud pots and the heavy pots were less expensive. I live on Devon and it is a store that is close to me.

I would tell the public to believe only the good things that you read in reviews - Home Depot is Excellent!

There's a serious shortage of customer service at this store.

If you're looking to be ignored, go here. If you need to shop at Home Depot, travel to the Evanston store.

The Associates at the self check-out were very quick to assist, and very helpful.

I could not find anyone on the floor to guide me to the product I needed; when I went to the service desk they sent me to the wrong aisle; and when I got to the registers there were 3 cashiers talking to each other with nothing to do.

this store is adequate for general hardware, but do not purchase an appliance here. the store outsourced the installation of a lg washer & dryer to a 3rd party, whose customer service was horrible. 20-minute wait times for every support call, terrible static on most calls and agents who really struggled with english. ultimately cancelled the order due to several broken commitments and a great deal of miscommunication.
