Paint department is very helpful

The pro department at that store really sucks those woman that’s always sitting down when I come in there laughing and talking instead of working need to find another job they all have every stank nasty attitude when you ask for help I been coming to this store for over 3 years and it’s always a problem with those same woman something neee to be done by them and the supervisor isn’t any better she always have a stank nasty attitude. If they don’t like working in pro maybe they need to find another job.. hire people that wanna work

I went in to get St. Augustine grass seed but ended up getting Bermuda grass seeds. The staff was very helpful and at check-out too.

I went to buy a pallet of Sod not 10 or 20 pieces a whole pallet , ask the staff in garden area when they would get in stock no one knows or even bother to say let me go and check, it was like your bothering them and to make matters worst it was 4 of them in the garden department not doing anything at all but chatting.I thought it’s their Job to help the customers , one just look at me and said and I quote ( go inside to customer service and ask them). Unbelievable.

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot thanks to Karla. I went in looking for a mower and wasn’t sure which model would best fit my needs. Karla took the time to walk me through the different options, explained the features clearly, and even compared the pros and cons of each. She listened to what I was looking for, gave me thoughtful suggestions, and helped me feel confident about my purchase. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly approach really stood out. It’s not often you find someone so genuinely committed to making sure customers leave satisfied. Thanks to her guidance, I left with the perfect mower for my yard. Home Depot is lucky to have her on the team!

I have bot a lot of items that were taped back together after being returned by someone and had parts missing. Many employees try to avoid you and have no idea what they are talking about or even where items are located.

I walked the entire atore, not a single "Good morning! How may I help you?". I specifically chose this store because of proximity and because of an intended large purchase for my home. Since no one showed any interest in helping me that day, I made an insignificantly small purchase and left. I am also very annoyed at having to check myself out at any store. So this is it for me. Bring back good customer service and do away with the self check outs and maybe I'll reconsider. Until then, no more shopping at Home Depot.

Plumbing department is a disaster. Nothing is where it should be, most packages are missing parts, and if you find some one to assist, don't ask for assistance because you will be chastised.

Good long working hours availability. Wide selection of products and variety of prices. The only thing i do not like is calling over the phone because is such a big stire that nobody either has time or they keep on transferring

The staff can sometimes be helpful. But most times they offer zero assistance. The app doesn't work in the store because even with the WiFi it's spotty or the item is not in the migration indicated. Many times and misplaces out of stock or missing prices. If you scan the barcode with the app 9@% of the time the app says invalid item. Finding the prices on anything except appliances is impossible and when most of the Iinventory is way up on shelves you need to get an sssociste to retrieve for you good luck finding someone willing and available. The returns dept is definitely the most charming dept with the angriest and most curt or rude employees in the sites. Unhelpful aloof and at times just ignoring the client they speak between themselves as if no June was standing there. The self checkout change has been a njgjtmsre taking way monger to get out of the store then before and the people there to assist rarely do and move at a snails pace. Nine if the employees I've asked questions to knows where anything is what type of item would work best with their dept or how to install something and with what tools. Babor the time they tell you the wrong answer (thanks you tube). Overall the store has basic items and high end things because of the clientele but they lack the knowledge and professional attitude I've always had at most Home Depot's within the USA. Aa's because this store is minutes from my home. I go to one mikes further away die better service and more selection. That should say it all.

It's sad to see that employees are hard to find at this location.

Order a washer. Said it would deliver today. Didnt show up, no calls to reschedule. I called to cancel and they hung up on me. Will have Amex handle this.

The store itself is very clean please please hire some parking lot attendance to pick up the cards and then someone to clean all the garbage that people just love to throw out. It’s getting worse and worse. Tell your employees at checkout to get off of their phones. When it comes to shopping and getting help, I find this Home Depot to be extremely friendly compared to others. It is also well stocked. Garden area is great!!
