The Cashier Ashley was extremely help and sweet. She has the best smiles and she is very caring. We need more people like her in this world.

Excellent customer service

Not a bad store but can be better if they pay attention to the employees who are not helpful. Employees should be happy to help a customer however I noticed some of them seems to be bothered by someone asking for assistance.

I went to Home Depot to purchase outdoor patio chairs. I knew exactly what I wanted. I approached a young man and told him I needed help. I got a dolly and he walked with me to find the chairs and the matching tables. He put everything on the dolly. He escorted me to the self check out, he did the whole check out for me. He walked me to my car and put everything in my car. He was very helpful and I am very appreciative.

Every time I have gone to this location, no one wants to help me, they assume I should know where to find what I'm looking for, and I end up spending much more time in the store because I try to find things myself, or find a person who actually knows a little bit about how to find said items. This is the worst Home Depot I have ever shopped at. Las Vegas, Las Vegas, or different locations in Colorado were NEVER this bad.

I bought a washer dryer set. It showed in-stock, for delivery on Aug 24th. Day before i get a call saying there was a mistake and the item was NOT in stock, and someone would call me within 72 hours to tell me when i'd get them, 72 hours later nobody called. I canceled the order. And even though the whole purchase was online, i am now being told i need to go to the physical store to get my refund! And i am calling the store again and again and NOT ONCE anybody there actually bothered to pick up the phone! HORRIBLE service.

My friend gets very antsy waiting in lines and Yolanda cashier #10 saved my day by opening her line for us and checking us out efficiently with human interaction. Thank you Yolanda!

Because of Frankie, the cashier who did my return transaction. I've been to a lot of Home Depots since it opened and she was by far the FRIENDLIEST and MOST HELPFUL. Her CHEERFULNESS was unexpected and her MASTERY over refunds was the FASTEST I ever encountered. Treat her well!

Easy to find items with lines designed with care and logical grouping by profession! Nice selection on gardening needs too.

I bought a watering hose sprayer and it fell apart returned with no Problemo !

I didn’t come for much. I just needed to do some product research for a future project and Curtis was very helpful!!

The manager Curtis was amazing he greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything, He gave something to get rid of those annoying flies in my back yard!!

Robin is such a great associate. It seems as though he’s worked at Home Depot for such a long time the way he was so knowledgeable and experienced in my specific need.

Areas clean debris free

I have been coming to this store for almost 2 years (before COVID through COVID and now living with pandemic) and the store has always been well stocked, well staffed and organized. If you go towards the end of the day things are a little messy but you see and hear the night crew putting new merchandise into position all the time. They have some of the best selections of plumbing, electrical and paint products and knowledgeable staff as well. Everyone gives their best and it’s certainly worth a trip here event just to see the latest and greatest in HDX products. And the clearance shelves are full of great finds.

I purchased a 28 x 22 inch cabinet and the style is so me and I couldn't be any more pleased with the price.
