The associate Khalil was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the product I needed and assisted me with such a great attitude. I have never experienced any help like that before in a Home Depot. I would recommend him for a leadership position! Also Marcus was also helpful ringing up my items and pointing me in the direction of giving Khalil a recommendation. Thank you!!!

While at self-checkout, I had an issue using my gift card. I hit the service button and sales cashier, MARIE was there to help. Instead of attempting to troubleshoot, MARIE immedietly insisted that I pay with anything but the gift card. She was rude, raised her voice at me, gave attitude and treated me with disdain. While MARIE insisted that I use a different form of payment, I attempted to use the gift card again and it worked! My experience with MARIE was less than desirable. It's as if she doesn't like her employment and takes it out on the customer. MARIE should not be working in the customer service/cashier industry.

Had an excellent experience with an Employee Samuel that Spent alot of time with us to make sure we purchased the right product and matching accessory. Never had an employee take that kind of time to make sure we had the right product when we left the store. Also a great friendly attitude. FIne representative of Home Depot and reminder that employees do make the company even better!

I needed to do a mixed will call order so that my remodeler could come back and pickup the materials. The super nice lady at the customer service was on her way out. So she called the other lady named ODETTE also from customer service to help me. ODETTE was so helpful. She found a worker to help me load the super heavy items on my cart. And even helped me get another worker to load them into my car. ODETTE and also the other customer service lady, whose name I don't recall, really make this home depot stand out.

I was at this store for the advertised ryobi tool days and the assosciates was helpful and even went out of the store to get me a cart for my purchased tools .Great place !

If you’re looking for kitchen countertops go to this store and ask for Aulden. She is a God send!! The best part of our entire remodeling nightmare were the countertops we purchased from Home Depot. We were assigned to stone-systems fabricators and these guys are just absolutely amazing. The experience overall was beyond amazing from the moment we made the purchase until they finished installing. And to make it better we received a follow up call from the manager at stone systems to check in and make sure we were happy with the work!! Unheard of for Miami and I’m so happy with our kitchen countertops!! Thank you to everyone Involved but a HUGE THANKS to AULDEN for making this happen. She is my Home Depot fairy godmother!!

I received the best service ever from the following employees: Mr. Frantz who found a way to move a cart through a very crowded area because the aisles were crowded with items to be stocked on the shelves. There was enough space to walk on the left and right side however no room for carts. I was directed far going in the wrong direction but found a way to almost make it there and Mr. Frantz took over and helped me get the boards cut etc. Thanks Mr. Frantz. Also Ms. Natasha and Ms. Mesheba helped me at the checkout, very helpful and outside a young man named Methusula helped me put the long boards in the car which were sticking outside of the window. He put a red tie on them and very carefully placed each one inside. I am so grateful for the team of people who were willing to help me get the exact products I needed.

Usually I go to any big box store and expect no customer service. Today was the exception! I found the perfect vanity and one of the guys (Khalele-wrong spelling) was so helpful and engaging. He help get the time and even loaded it in my car. Because of him, I got the perfect vanity without having to wait. Also Anna Rosa, the cashier was a rockstar (the item was mispriced and she helped adjust it). Thank you for restoring a bit of faith back in client service done well!

Associates were helpful, polite, and energetic. Alisha from garden walked me to the product I needed. And Loana checked me out quickly and was very nice.

The lines were pretty long but the cashier managed to make the wait shorter. Alisha is the one who checked me out she was friendly and kept a smile through out the transactions. Employees were also very helpful

The staff at this store are very helpful and pleasant…The store is always clean whenever I visit.
