Going to the store to buy something it’s like playing the lottery. Sometimes they have it sometimes it has been misplaced other times they don’t have it. Most of the time when I go to the store I find I am in unable to get everything they work for.

I bought a toilet. I was told, by someone at the checkout stations, there would be someone to help in the parking lot to assist loading. No one was there.

As soon as I entered the store Aulden an her coworker greeted me with a smile. They were so happy to assist me. It was like shopping at Publix, such a pleasure. Ms. Aulden escorted me to the area I needed and assisted me as much as she could then she went and got a Gentleman to help me with the last item because she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but they were all very helpful and professional.

This store is horrible to get in to ad even worse to get out. There needs to be a traffic light installed to remedy

I placed an online order, they had it ready in 30mins, and once I arrived and made the notification in the app the gentleman was at my car within 2minutes.

I am so pleased with this location. Great place, organized, well stocked, friendly employees you can't ask for more! You can get almost anything... only missing is in the paint Dpt, no pour caps or stirrer for paints... but otherwise I LOVE IT

Both the personnel in the paint department and the floor supervisor, Marie, were very helpful and patient with purchasing paint for the contractor.

Buyer beware if you visit Home Depot after 7pm. They reduce the number of employees monitoring self checkout so reduce the number of stations from 8 to 4. I had to wait 25 minutes for 1 small item seeing 4 empty self checkout lanes. Home Depot should trust the customer and always keep all 8 self checkout lanes open regardless of the number of employees monitoring the self checkout area. And if you don’t trust us then keep the same number of employees there as daytime to allow all lanes to remain open. I left the store quite angry with this frustrating process during evening hours.

The store I go to (N Miami/Biscayne #6322) is near my home; that's why I go there. However, this store is poorly maintained, the employees are never available when needed. Before buying something I always check online to see if the product is available and it often happens that the stocks are not up to date. To summarize I would say that the management of this specific store (compared to others) is failing.

Sales people around the store actually approaching me and asking if I found everything I needed. Usually I have to run after them...nice for a change!!

Impossible to find items because so many are mis-sorted. Store personnel can't find stuff either. Management does not take action to make it better. Customer time gets wasted. This HD location is a mess.

I’m in the process of remodeling my home. I mainly shop at the Biscayne store because it’s close to my house. Most of the time everything goes well every now and then you get an employee who doesn’t know much about the store or worse tells you that’s not their department. But overall very nice store.

Jean was great in helping me with my online pickup! The return/online pickup line was very long and he proactively asked if anyone was picking up. This saved me so much time and had me on my way fast!

in line with 2 out of 10 self-checkouts open. Really? Myself and a bunch of people waiting. Teenage girl without a clue watching over everything. Poor management or bad processes. the faster people checkout the better. Why only 2 stations open instead of all 10???

Employees need to be better trained to deal with issues that come up. Spoke with 2 different people about a store credit issue, and they didn't seem to want to go the extra mile to help me. No motivation.

I came in to purchase some shelves. Everything was there according to what? I was looking for the ladies. At the register when I was checking out was amazing. Miss queen, miss pretty and miss aisha, greet at me with open arms Did not hesitate to help me with my purchase. Thanks guys

They have a good variety of fertilizers but I really wish they had a smaller package for the citrus-avocado fertilizers. Also, the garden section was missing a very popular plant that we use around here. Other than that, the garden section looks pretty good.

Please ensure that you stay away from Gardening section especially when Natisha is at the check out! 20 plus people cue and she is signing and checking out at speed of 5 minutes per customer. Beyond unprofessional. Visit only if you want to stand in line and listen to somebody who might not be all “there”…

First I’d like to share that Im pro member, with a (PRIME) scale account … but let you about this recent experience, mind you, I never go to Home Depot. I let my subcontractor’s have all that fun. On today experience I had a bit of a rough time with this door I ordered not once, but twice. Can you believe it? I actually decided to visit. To my surprise, I ran into some uncooperative staff members who just didn't seem to want to give me the door. It was quite a challenge, let me tell you. But, after I escalated the issue to the supervisors and managers at the store, things started to look up. I managed to meet Jodie and Nora, and let me tell you, they were absolute rockstars! They really came through and helped me out with the whole situation. Jodie was just amazing in tackling the challenges I faced with order. Her professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch customer service were truly impressive. Thanks to her, I finally got the resolution I needed.

Queen Veronica is the best! She help us through the whole buying process with our huge! product list for remodeling our home! Thanks again!
