Just wanted to comment about my experience with the customer service in this particular store. Check out agent took the time to listen to my problem and went the extra mile to resolve the issue.

I cannot speak numbers but it seems to me that the introduction of the store was the reason that it brought us back. Maybe a lot more sales if people would find what they want and even more sales if experts advise and suggest to needing customers

Thank you to cashiers Yolanda and the kid in the Garden outside area. They made the shopping experience better than the floor associates. Don't ask questions and go straight to the cashier. It will save you the rudeness and aggravation.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot locations. Fran is friendly and has excellent customer service skills.

I dread going to this store because there is always a shortage of items and the service is-what service! The coconut grove store is smaller but is better merchandise and the service is far superior

I had a lot of questIons about paint because I’m new to the Do it yourself platform! Carlos was soooo resourceful. If I had a question, he had an answer. He didn’t make me feel like I was aggravating or annoying him. He also had other customers but took care everyone with a smile! Because of him, I’ll definitely be going back!

The store is pretty rude in general. Except for a very few employees,they do their best. Good luck if you need any help in the plumbing department or hardware, the only reason to come back is because there’s no competition.

I went to buy a replacement pantry door (standard measurements) so that Home Depot could install. Wanted to give zero stars First you have to pay for someone to come out and measure. Paid for that $40. It's been two weeks, and no one has called (they said it would be a day or two before the call. call). Calling the store doesn't help. They don't pick up the phone.

Cashier was nice smiled and greeted me and recommended the surgery

I needed mulch and to rent a truck. I interacted with 3 employees and all three blew my mind regarding how helpful, happy to help, and just great attitudes they expressed. It is a wonderful feeling when not just 1 but all 3 exceed your expectations. Thanks for the experience Sergine, Fred, and Essene.

I always drive back to this store because the staff in this neighborhood seems to be the most polite and the most knowledgeable and the most willing to help..

The Home Depot located on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, store #6322, has great customer service. I would recommend it to anyone doing personal home renovations, or personal home improvement. Thank you.

I met Queen during my shopping with Home Depot and she was remarkable definitely was a different day on the job!

I've made a few purchases and was satisfied with the paint, paint brushes, bins, fire extinguishers and chips for my grandson!

Robert was absolutely amazing. Best help we've ever gotten in a Home Depot store. Very patient, attentive, even through our change of mind regarding which appliances to get. He went above and beyond to excel our expectations of the whole process.

I went in the store for a new lock, and no one came to help me without asking. Even when I did ask for help, twice, no help came to aisle 25 for locks.

Although this is a smaller Home Depot store, it is neat and the staff is very friendly.

Self checkout is so convient. Great to have aisle to get down.

When you visit the biscayne north Miami Home Depot ask for JoJo she will make sure you get what you need
