Today I bought a Phillips led full color light bulb to replace one that burned out after only a few months of use. When I got home to open the package a cheaper GE light bulb was inside the package instead of the $17 bulb i expected. Now I have to wasted my time and take this back. Someone at that store is a thief.

I hope that German gets Recognition for going above and beyond to help me find not one, but two products that I was looking for and no other HD had in stock. He gave me excellent customer service. German was persistent in searching for my product, as he looked in 3 places at your store to find it. That kind of service is what makes a store of pleasure to shop in.

Shay in appliances and Evelyn in customer service were THE BEST

Excellent customer service from Mirian Cruz from Appliances department. Super knowledgeable, gave us full attention the two times we went there even without guarantee we would actually end up buying. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. Also the customer service is always super helpful and quick with returns, there was never a problem. Just another reason to keep coming back.

I was helped by Martine who took the time to show me what I was looking for, It is very time consuming trying to navigate large stores looking for specific items while pressured to accomplish tasks and exhausted from a full day of work, Martine made it easy for that I am grateful, she went out of way with a smile no less, that has prompted me to take the time to say to Martine thankyou for a job well done.

Frantz (name on the receipt, a young black male) in customer service handled returns efficiently and was very personable; a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. Extremely kind, and patient with such a large number of items to return.

A male representative (pale, light colored hair) in the Garden Department was entirely unhelpful so I had to hoist 10 heavy bags of mulch onto cart myself -- not normally an issue for me, but this time I requested assistance because I'd given blood a few hours earlier and had been wearing my mask for about 45 minutes so I wasn't feeling up to the task. He completely ignored my call for help. Ekayla was my hero! I started to faint and she immediately sat me down, gave me water and expressed true concern. I'm very very grateful to her and she deserves recognition for her above-and-beyond-the-call-of-duty service. And finally, Supervisor Carlos answered the phone when I called to express my thanks to Ekayla and he was extremely nice as well. So 3 terrific employees who represented Home Depot well, and one who didn't.
