Andre Bozewski is a man that epitomizes great customer service with his caring and pleasant attitude. Through my entire transaction to remodel my kitchen he took his time and was patient with me to explain my options so that I understood what would be best for my kitchen

I went to Home Depot early on Monday morning to return two items of concrete patch that comes in the squeeze out container. I explained how the item was hard and how they should all be taken off the shelf. A young lady by the name of Princess the items for me, very professional and soft spoken, then I proceeded to go purchase a bucket of concrete patch instead. A young man named Samuel approached me and told me he had just spoken to Princess and he wanted to show me how to manipulate the item. I stood there and took a long lesson from him then I purchased what he recommended and asked him to set it up so I could go home and use it and he did. This was above and beyond because Princess did not have to tell him to find me and explain and he didn't have to come but he did. I am just writing to say how much I appreciate the team effort they projected to keep a customer happy.

The store is very clean.

This HomeDepot time and time again always exceeds our expectations. They have the best prices compared to other stores and the staff here are amazing! If they don't have an item we need in their store they help us locate it at another one of their locations. This particular visit we were doing a walkway project with pavers and they helped us get all the pieces we needed buy locating another nearby store that had them in stock. Their associate Frantz in Gardening is always so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always greets customers with a warm smile. Store Manager, Junior sees to it we are able to find whatever we need and always offers above and beyond services to us, every-time! We come back to this particular store time and time again because they offer excellent customer service.

Overall this home Depot is by far the best out ofv all the ones I frequent, Supplies are always available and store employees are very helpful and organized.Some of the Aisles were blocked but store was clean and neat.I also noticed that employees are very safety conscious when operating machines.

The store was very unorganized, the merchandise was very hard to find since they weren't in their correct place. A lot of the merchandise didn't have prices. They are not following the safe distance guidelines. And they are not insisting that ALL customers wear a mask. Shop at your own risk. If they don't improve the situation they are going to get a lot of people sick and I'm not going to be one of them because there are many other Home Depots' near enough to skip this one. Not to mention the other BLUE store with much better customer service etc.

This Home Depot is located in a busy region of North Miami. They are convenient to my home, have great customer service, and always have amazing selection and support for homeowners. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for any home repair, construction, gardening related project!!! I have come here for many years and LOVE this Home Depot.

The employees were great! LeBrone had an awesome attitude and was extremely helpful! I found a great generator and a portable air conditioner for hurricane season.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores. For the most part the service is pretty good. The cashiers are friendly and they were helpful prompt when something went wrong at the self service check out. I had a return and it took a while because there were allot of returns but the agent was very nice. The only complaint is that sometimes the store employees are too vague when telling you where a product is, or not willing to got the extra mile and walk a few feet and point the product out.

There were more than enough supplies and the associates were friendly, considering the times we are in and we’re helpful to me at the self check out.

I have been very frustrated with this store for several years in regard to inventory. I am a former HD employee and realize orders to replenish products on the shelves are monitored via computers at check out. Almost every visit at this store there are products not on the shelves. This is NOT due to Covid or the Hurricane 2 years ago which was the EXCUSE for more than a year! Many folks in this area have complained of the same issue. We end up going to the Home Depot on 163rd St! Isn't the Manager aware of this issue and possibly help control the inventory from Corporate? Thank you!

I VISIT THIS STORE QUITE OFTEN, MOST OF THE TIME I FIND WHAT I NEED, EXCEPT TODAY. I NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH SOME SPRAY PAINT THERE WERE NO ONE TO ASSIST. I ASKED A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES CHATTING ON THE NEXT ISLE. THEY DID NOT OFFER ASSISTANCE, THEY WERE QUICK TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER ISLE.

The store was HUGE and had everything we were looking for. We asked for help finding a specific item and the employee went the extra mile, "literally" walking us clear across the store. Instead of just telling us to go to aisle whatever. He even got us a basket after locating our product on the shelf.
