The store was very well lite and organized as usual. Everything was well stocked and very clean Every time I come to this store the employees are very eagar to assist. Things are always clean and freshly stocked.

Customer service reps Kathelyn, Bruce, Tamara.....ROCKED!! Beyond amazing service on 10/18/20. If I could have hugged them I would have...but you know the covid-19 wouldnt allow it.

On a busy Saturday, from the minute I walked in, to the second I left, I experienced excellent customer service and professionalism throughout my shopping experience.

Forgot to mention on my survey that my cashier was Janice. I appreciated how positive she was.

This review limited to recent experience in paint department. Meredith - Paint Coach on 9/5/2020 is a real star. He has a great customer attitude and energy. He was handling a very busy paint station extremely well treating all customers with great service and helpful advice. If you need paint, look for Meredith. He's a star

Crystal at the return/customer service desk turn a what is usually a nightmare (returning something to a big store) a pleasant customer experience. She actually cared about the customer and she did everything to make my return easy and without drama. Home Depot should have more employees like Crystal and she should be rewarded for your great customer service.

The store was clean and has plenty of stock. I bought a floor model stove for a very good price

This store was in dissarray, the time was 1900 an hour before closing and it was in shambles in the parking lot trash and pieces of wood and supplies which could cause a flat tire, and the associates were busy closing by 1915 the doors to the outdoor flowers were locked all ready.

I had a great experience with a cashier "Brian Starace" at the washer and dryer department. Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. I was able to locate and purchase my items very quickly due to Brian's knowledge in the department. However, before I found Brian, I had a bad experience with a Chris in the specialty department who did not want to help me find someone who could help me with the washer and dryer department. Rather than Chris getting up from his chair where he was not busy with another customer, he simply informed me that he was not apart of the washer and dryer department and stated I should go look elsewhere even though I informed Chris that I had already looked several times for an employee in that department. Chris appeared to be having a bad day and it seemed like he did not want to be bothered. I had to ask Chris was his name was since he was not wearing a name tag. I will only return to this store because of the positive experience I had with Brian.

Sales associates were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I know it's hard to keep a positive attitude during these trying times but Home Depot made it seem effortless. You have a good group of people working here!

The employees here are completely useless. They are too busy chatting amoung themselves to pay any attention to you.

No guidance or direction during checkout, complete anarchy . Was stopped twice AFTER PAYING while leaving to check my receipt .. while my hands were clearly full. Illegal detainment ?!?!?

Shantie is a lovely young woman who goes the extra mile to help customers. Very professional, and knows how to build relationships -- and loyalty.

Customers service is great

I have rarely been treated so graciously by a customer service representative. Latonya (Toni) went above and beyond to resolve a computer system glitch that denied me the opportunity to return items purchased online to the store. Though dealing with other customers and colleagues, she never allowed me to feel ignored. She checked two computer systems to ensure that the problem was universal. She kept me apprised of what she was doing and while another attendant sent another client home, telling him to come back when the system had been fixed, Toni called a rep from Homedepot.com and had her complete the returns from her end. Problem solved! She was kind, extremely competent, and thorough. Thanks Toni!

It was an online order for a washer and dryer w installation so I'm not sure it's fair to blame the brick and mortar store, but so be it. It was the worst shopping experience i've ever had. If possible, i plan to never do business with Home Depot ever again. The purchase was in mid November and the entirety of the transaction is now finally complete in mid-April. It was a nightmare.

Customer service at the home depot at the Brentwood dc location is awesome and comfortable. Thank you Lameka one of the cashiers that made my visit one of the best visits ever.

Required items are often available, qualitative! Associates are always friendly, even though they don't appear urgently! Store was clean!

THE STORE SOLD ME DAMAGE APPLIANCE AS NEW! A REFRIGERATOR WITH NO WATER FILTER AND THE GASKET/SEAL WAS NOT ON IT. I LOST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN FOOD IN THE WORST TIME OF MY HISTORY COV0-19. IT CAME WITH 1YR WARRANTY PARTS AND LABOR THAT COULD NOT BE USED AND THE MANAGER WAS NO HELP. I AM UNABLE TO REACH ABOVE NO NUMBER OTHER THAN RECORDING AND NO ONE COULD HELP AT CUSTOMER SVC LINE.

The store is cleane and easy to find and also paint is good.

Everyone & everything was great

The store manager Guy and the cashier Delories make this Home Depot worth visiting. TheIr friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to go out of their way makes shopping there something to look forward to rather than dread.

I couldn't find the product that I was trying to find. The Home Depot app had 5 of the products listed. I asked an associate if she could help me & she told me that she would be right back. After waiting for 10 minutes, I saw her talking to another store associate at the return area & it didn't seem as if it was related to work. I approach her again to inquire and she told me that she requested that some one assist me - this is a lie as I watched her the entire time. She absolutely did not care. After ten years of coming to this store, the experience is always bad and no improvement.
