Clean store with great customer service. This is the only Home Depot we use.

This store had just run out of sod the previous day, but received a fresh shipment the next day and the sod was in better condition than the store on Coursey Blvd..

I received horrible customer service at the airline hwy. store. I was left standing at the paint counter. The employee who acknowledged me after 5 min. and said he would be with me when he was done with the other customers. After he finished. He backed away from me and said he had to step away and that someone would be over to help me. He nor anyone else ever showed up. I fought for 30 minutes to speak to a manager but one never shows up. It is like they live behind a curtain as the Wizard of Oz. Do they even exist?

Store manager, Mr Toney and associate, Tameka went above and beyond to make my experience with this location a very pleasant and fulfilling one!!! Very Impressive !!

This particular Home Depot store on Coursey Boulevard has salespeople who are very attentive, courteous, and very helpful.

The store is very clean and organize the associates are very friendly and helpful. I recently bought an metal exterior door and some paint and the paint associates were very informative on what I should use on that door to get the job done. I'm also having it installed... JAZZ in the door department is AWESOME!!! I love this store!!!!

Rude associates drive the extra distance and go to another location. They don't care and no use talking to an manager same attitude. I will never shop this location ever. Like I said earlier drive to south Baton Rouge or Denham Springs for little bit better service. All the big box stores are going down hill. This location just made it there first.

I like the fact that when I find the product that I'm looking for online. The website tells me exactly where to look for the product in the store. By showing the isle number,and the bin number . And that allow me to save a lot of time,once I enter the store.

haven`t had a bad experience at this store,I`ve had a home depot credit card for over 20 years,and during that time whenever it was used at this store there waiors always complete satisfaction.

HOME DEPOT is always my first spot to shop. I took my wife to Home Depot appliance dept, to purchase a replacement dishwasher. Fred met us in the appliance area. He is very frienly and knowledgable. He demonstrated some of the features of the 3 dishwashers we were interested in. He was very helpful in making our choice. I recommend that you ask for Fred when you shop for appliances at HOME DEPOT

My shopping experience at The Home Depot was very pleasant. The employees were very kind and friendly. They knew the store products and where to locate them. I will always shop there, they even sell some home products that I didn't know about.

Customer service is at the top of their list of services! The store has a warm and friendly environment. I received excellent service from Associate, Ariel and Manager, Tray. Very clean store. Shelves are stocked with adequate amounts of items.
